Description
Claims (15)
- 紙匹成形機のための静電脱水素子であり、当該脱水素子は、溶射塗膜を有し、該塗膜は、粉末粒子で製造される脱水素子であって、前記粉末粒子は、主粒子で構成される凝集塊であり、前記主粒子の平均サイズは、0.5μm未満であることを特徴とする、脱水素子。
- 前記主粒子によって形成される前記凝集塊は、基礎材料と、混合材料とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の脱水素子。
- 前記塗膜の表面空孔率は、1%未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の脱水素子。
- 前記塗膜の表面粗さは、0.3μm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の脱水素子。
- 前記基礎材料は、前記塗膜の75〜95%、有利には80〜90%を成すことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の脱水素子。
- 前記混合材料は、前記塗膜の5〜25%、有利には10〜20%を成すことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の脱水素子。
- 当該脱水素子は、抄紙用具ファブリック又はフェルトと接触するよう構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の脱水素子。
- 当該脱水素子は、穿孔され、前記開口は、当該脱水素子の横方向表面の法線に対して30°を越える角度にあることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の脱水素子。
- 前記開口は、表面エネルギ減少剤で処理されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の脱水素子。
- 前記塗膜は、少なくとも2つの塗膜層で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9のうちのいずれか1項に記載の脱水素子。
- 前記塗膜層の色は異なることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の脱水素子。
- 紙匹成形機のための静電脱水素子を被覆するための方法であり、前記被覆は、塗膜内の粉末粒子を使用して、溶射可能な塗膜を用いて遂行される方法であって、前記塗膜内で使用される前記粉末粒子は、主粒子を含む凝集塊であり、前記主粒子のために、平均サイズは、0.5μm未満から選択されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記塗膜は、被覆後にシール材を使用して封止されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記塗膜は、封止後に研磨されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記脱水素子は、使用後に再被覆されることを特徴とする、請求項12乃至14のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
