Description
これにより、例え外壁に設けた胴体取付け穴と、内壁に設けたシース差込み穴との間に位置ずれが生じていても、この位置ずれ量に見合った量だけシースを軸方向に直交する方向に平行移動させることで、この位置ずれを容易に吸収して、シースの先端をシース差込み穴内の所定の位置に位置させた状態でシース型計測器を取付けることができる。
これにより、シース型計測器を介して、例えばスラスト軸受のスラストパッド等の高温に曝される摺動部材の温度を常時モニタすることができる。
これにより、軸受の高温に曝される摺動部材の温度を常時モニタすることで、ポンプ等の回転機械の異常を早期に発見することができる。
更に、本発明の回転機械によれば、軸受の高温に曝される摺動部材の温度を常時モニタし、この温度上昇を抑えることで、ポンプ等の回転機械の性能が低下してしまうことを防止することができる。
図1は、本発明の実施の形態におけるシース型計測器30を示す。図1に示すように、このシース型計測器30は、先端内部に熱電対又は測温抵抗体を収納し絶縁部を充填した細長い線状のシース(金属製保護管)32と、このシース32を所定の位置に位置させて固定する円筒状の胴体34を有している。胴体34の下部外周面にはテーパねじ部34aが、上部外周面にはねじ部34bがそれぞれ設けられており、更に上部内周面及び下部内周面には、共に略円筒状の上部ブッシュ36及び下部ブッシュ38がそれぞれ嵌着されている。

Claims (7)
- 胴体と、
先端部を被測定物に近接乃至接触させて該被測定物の物理量を計測するシースと、
前記胴体の内部に配置され、前記シースの基部を保持する第1ソケットと、
前記シースに対してフリーな状態で前記胴体の内部に摺動自在に遊嵌された第2ソケットと、
自由端は前記第1ソケットに、基端は前記第2ソケットにそれぞれ固定され、前記第1ソケットと前記シースとを該シースの軸方向と直交する方向に移動自在に保持するフレキシブル継手と、
を有することを特徴とするシース型計測器。 - 前記胴体の内部に位置して、該胴体の一端と前記第1ソケットの間に配置されたスプリングを更に有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のシース型計測器。
- 前記第2ソケットと前記胴体の間に配置されたOリングを更に有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のシース型計測器。
- 軸受ケーシング内に取付けられ回転体と摺接して発熱する摺接部材を有する軸受であって、
請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のシース型計測器を有し、
前記シース型計測器の先端部を前記軸受ケーシングに設けたシース差込み穴内の所定の位置に配置したことを特徴とする軸受。 - 前記軸受はスラスト軸受で、前記摺動部材はスラストパッドであることを特徴とする請求項4記載の軸受。
- 軸受ケーシング内に取付けられ回転体と摺接して発熱する摺接部材を有し、装置ケーシング内に配置された軸受と、
請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のシース型計測器とを有し、
前記シース型計測器は、前記シースの先端部を前記軸受ケーシングに設けたシース差込み穴内の所定の位置に配置した状態で、前記胴体を介して前記装置ケーシングに固定されていることを特徴とする回転機械。 - 前記軸受はスラスト軸受で、前記摺動部材はスラストパッドであることを特徴とする請求項6記載の回転機械。
