Claims (6)
- 多数個の画素電極を含み、前記した多数個の画素電極がアレイ配列されるものであって、前記した多数個の画素電極がそれぞれ透過領域および反射領域を有する第1基板と、
前記第1基板に対向して配置され、多数個のカラーフィルター薄膜を含み、前記した多数個のカラーフィルター薄膜がそれぞれ前記した多数個の画素電極に対応するものであって、前記した多数個のカラーフィルター薄膜がそれぞれ色度調整領域を有し、かつ前記した多数個のカラーフィルター薄膜の厚さ、ならびに前記色度調整領域の大きさがそれぞれ調整されて、色度ニーズに適合する第2基板と、
前記第1基板および前記第2基板間に位置する液晶層と、
前記第1基板の下方に設置されるバックライトモジュール
とを含み、
色度調整領域は透過領域に対応する
半透過反射式液晶ディスプレイ。 - 上記色度調整領域が、開口を含むものである請求項1記載の半透過反射式液晶ディスプレイ。
- 上記した多数個のカラーフィルター薄膜が、赤色カラーフィルター薄膜と、緑色カラーフィルター薄膜と、青色カラーフィルター薄膜とを含むものである請求項1記載の半透過反射式液晶ディスプレイ。
- 上記した多数個の画素電極の透過領域が、透明電極を含むものである請求項1記載の半透過反射式液晶ディスプレイ。
- 上記透明電極の材質が、インジウム錫酸化物を含むものである請求項4記載の半透過反射式液晶ディスプレイ。
- 上記した多数個の画素電極の反射領域が、金属電極を含むものである請求項1記載の半透過反射式液晶ディスプレイ。
