Claims (13)
- 横方向に所望の密度分布を持つ、シューズ用のソール部材(25)を製造する方法であって、
a. 前記所望の密度分布に応じて横方向で異なる厚さを持つプラスチック材料のソール部材のプリフォーム(20;20−1;20−2;20−3;20−4)を製造する工程、および
b. 前記ソール部材のプリフォーム(20;20−1;20−2;20−3;20−4)を成形器具内で加圧成形して、該ソール部材のプリフォーム(20;20−1;20−2;20−3;20−4)から完成したソール部材(25)を形成する工程、
を有してなり、
前記所望の密度分布が、密度が前記ソール部材(25)の外側(5)から内側(10)に徐々に増加するように調節され、
前記ソール部材のプリフォーム(20;20−1;20−2;20−3;20−4)を製造する工程が、前記内側(10)から前記外側(5)に線形に減少する厚さを持つ前記プリフォーム(20−1)を製造する工程を含む、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記加圧成形工程中に熱を加える工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 横方向に所望の密度分布を持つ、シューズ用のソール部材(25)を製造する方法であって、
a. プラスチック材料のソール部材のプリフォーム(20;20−1;20−2;20−3;20−4)を製造する工程、および
b. 前記ソール部材のプリフォーム(20;20−1;20−2;20−3;20−4)を成形器具の表面の単独セクションに選択的に熱を加える該成形器具内で加圧成形して、該ソール部材のプリフォーム(20;20−1;20−2;20−3;20−4)を局部的に選択的に発泡させて、該ソール部材のプリフォーム(20;20−1;20−2;20−3;20−4)から前記所望の密度分布を持つ完成したソール部材(25)を形成する工程、
を有してなり、
前記所望の密度分布が、密度が前記ソール部材(25)の外側(5)から内側(10)に徐々に増加するように調節され、
前記ソール部材のプリフォーム(20;20−1;20−2;20−3;20−4)を製造する工程が、前記内側(10)から前記外側(5)に線形に減少する厚さを持つ前記プリフォーム(20−1)を製造する工程を含む、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ソール部材(25)の前記密度分布が、前記ソール部材(25)のリアフット部分(28)からフォアフット部分(27)に変化することを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ソール部材のプリフォーム(20;20−1;20−2;20−3;20−4)を製造する工程が、前記内側から考えたときに、最初に一定であり、続いて中間部分で線形に減少し、最後に前記外側の方向に一定である厚さを持つプリフォーム(20−2)を製造する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ソール部材のプリフォーム(20;20−1;20−2;20−3;20−4)を製造する工程が、一定の厚さのリム(22)を持つプリフォーム(20−3;20−4)を提供する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ソール部材のプリフォーム(20;20−1;20−2;20−3;20−4)を製造する工程が、プラスチック材料のブロックを発泡させ、その後、切断して、所望の厚さ分布を得る工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチック材料がEVAからなることを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記ソール部材のプリフォーム(20;20−1;20−2;20−3;20−4)を製造する工程が、該プリフォーム(20;20−1;20−2;20−3;20−4)の射出成形を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 均一なプラスチック材料からなり、横方向に所望の密度分布を有する、シューズ用のソール部材(25)であって、
前記所望の密度分布が、密度が前記ソール部材(25)の外側(5)から内側(10)に徐々に増加するように調節され、
前記ソール部材(25)のプリフォームが、前記内側(10)から前記外側(5)に線形に減少する厚さを持つ、
ことを特徴とするソール部材。 - 前記均一なプラスチック材料がEVAからなることを特徴とする請求項10記載のソール部材。
- 前記局部的に異なる密度を持つ部分に隣接して、均一な密度を持つリム(22)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項10または11記載のソール部材。
- ソール部材のプリフォーム(20;20−1;20−2;20−3;20−4)から、所望の密度分布を持つ、シューズ用のソール部材(25)を製造するための成形器具であって、該器具の成形表面の単独部分に選択的に熱を加えて、前記ソール部材のプリフォーム(20;20−1;20−2;20−3;20−4)を局部的に発泡させて、前記所望の密度分布を持つ前記ソール部材のプリフォーム(20;20−1;20−2;20−3;20−4)から前記ソール部材(25)を形成する、該成形表面に局部的に関連する加熱素子を備えており、
前記所望の密度分布が、密度が前記ソール部材(25)の外側(5)から内側(10)に徐々に増加するように調節され、
前記ソール部材(25)のプリフォームが、前記内側(10)から前記外側(5)に線形に減少する厚さを持つ、
ことを特徴とする成形器具。
