Claims (14)
- 履物物品であって、
地面に係合するように構成されたアウトソールと、
前記アウトソールに隣接して配設されたコンフォート中間ソールと、
剛性支持プレートであって、前記コンフォート中間ソールが前記剛性支持プレートと前記アウトソールとの間に介在するように配設された、剛性支持プレートと、を備え、
前記剛性支持プレートが、前記剛性支持プレートの周囲の少なくとも一部分から延在する側壁を備え、
前記側壁が、前記側壁に形成された複数のノッチを備え、
前記剛性支持プレートが、溶融温度が70℃以下の組成物から形成されている、履物物品。 - 前記コンフォート中間ソールが、1つ以上の発泡体部分を含む、請求項1に記載の履物物品。
- 前記剛性支持プレートの前記側壁が、前記剛性支持プレートの内側に沿って垂直に延在する、請求項1に記載の履物物品。
- 前記剛性支持プレートの前記側壁が、前記剛性支持プレートの外側に沿って垂直に延在する、請求項1に記載の履物物品。
- 前記剛性支持プレートの前記側壁が、前記剛性支持プレートの内側および外側に沿って垂直に延在する、請求項1に記載の履物物品。
- 前記剛性支持プレートの前記側壁が、前記剛性支持プレートの踵部分の周囲の周りに垂直に延在する、請求項1に記載の履物物品。
- 前記側壁が、前記剛性支持プレートのノッチのない部分の平均高さより上方に垂直に延在する隆起をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の履物物品。
- 前記隆起が、前記剛性支持プレートの内側に配設されている、請求項7に記載の履物物品。
- 前記組成物が、ベース樹脂および補強材料を含む熱可塑性マトリックスを備える、請求項1に記載の履物物品。
- 前記補強材料が、ガラスもしくは炭素繊維、またはその両方の組み合わせを含む、請求項9に記載の履物物品。
- 前記ベース樹脂が、ポリウレタンを含む、請求項9に記載の履物物品。
- 請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の履物物品をカスタマイズする方法であって、
前記剛性支持プレートが第1の状態の非剛性となるように、前記履物物品に熱を加えて、前記剛性支持プレートの温度を、前記剛性支持プレートの前記組成物の前記溶融温度よりも低い温度にまで上昇させることと、
前記第1の状態の前記剛性支持プレートに力を加えて、前記剛性支持プレートの形状をカスタマイズすることと、
前記剛性支持プレートが前記第1の状態よりも高い剛性を有する第2の状態になるように、前記履物を冷ますことと、を含む、方法。 - 前記履物物品をカスタマイズすることが、対象となる活動の使用法に基づく、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記履物物品をカスタマイズすることが、対象となる足の形状に基づく、請求項12に記載の方法。
