Claims (2)
- Nb2O5とK2CO3の混合物に、合成されるニオブ酸カリウムに対して1〜40倍mol量のKFをフラックスとして添加し、800〜890℃の温度範囲で焼成することを特徴とするニオブ酸カリウム単結晶の合成方法。
- Nb2O5とK2CO3に、さらにLi2CO3とNa2CO3の少なくとも一方を加えた混合物に、合成されるニオブ酸カリウムに対して1〜40倍mol量のKFをフラックスとして添加し、800〜890℃の温度範囲で焼成することを特徴とするニオブ酸カリウム単結晶の合成方法。
