Abstract
【解決手段】Nb2O5とK2CO3の混合物にフラックスを添加し、800〜1000℃の温度範囲で焼成する。フラックスとしてはKFが好ましく用いられる。固相法でありながらも低温で結晶育成が可能となり、結晶欠陥が生じにくく、製造効率に優れたニオブ酸カリウム単結晶の合成方法を提供することができる。

Claims (4)
- Nb2O5とK2CO3の混合物にフラックスを添加し、800〜1000℃の温度範囲で焼成することを特徴とするニオブ酸カリウム単結晶の合成方法。
- Nb2O5とK2CO3に、さらにLi2CO3とNa2CO3の少なくとも一方を加えた混合物にフラックスを添加し、800〜1000℃の温度範囲で焼成することを特徴とするニオブ酸カリウム単結晶の合成方法。
- 前記フラックスはKFであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のニオブ酸カリウム単結晶の合成方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のニオブ酸カリウム単結晶の合成方法によって合成されたことを特徴とするニオブ酸カリウム単結晶。
