Claims (8)
- ガスタービンエンジン(10)用のタービンノズル組立体であって、
外側バンド(54)と内側バンド(56)と該外側及び内側バンドによって互いに結合されかつ各々が中空であってその中に空洞(90)を画成した複数の翼形ベーン(52)とを含むタービンノズル(50)と、
前記タービンノズルの周りで円周方向に延びて冷却流体を半径方向内向きに各翼形ベーン空洞内に流すようになったマニホールドリング(51)と、
前記タービンノズル(50)と前記マニホールドリング(51)との間に設けられ、前記タービンノズル(50)全体にわたって延びて該タービンノズル(50)をカバーするカバープレートと
を含み、
前記マニホールドリングが、一対の側壁(136)によって互いに結合された半径方向外側壁(138)及び半径方向内側壁(134)を含み、前記半径方向内側壁の少なくとも一部分(152)が、前記一対の側壁間で円弧状に延びており、
前記マニホールドリング(51)は、管(132)を介してノズルマニホールドポート(300)に結合された少なくとも1つの配流ポート(140)を含み、
前記ノズルマニホールドポート(300)は前記カバープレート(201)に結合され、該カバープレート(201)は前記ノズルマニホールドポート(300)からの冷却流体の流量を制御する複数の開口(154)を含むことを特徴とするノズル組立体。 - 半径方向内側壁(134)の少なくとも一部分(152)が、各タービンノズル空洞(90)に向かう方向に半径方向内向きに輪郭付けされている、請求項1記載のタービンノズル組立体。
- 半径方向内側壁(134)の少なくとも一部分(152)が、各タービンノズル空洞(90)から離れる方向に半径方向外向きに輪郭付けされている、請求項1記載のタービンノズル組立体。
- マニホールドリング(51)が中空であってその中に空洞を画成しており、前記一対の側壁(136)及び半径方向内側壁(134)のうちの少なくとも1つを貫通する前記複数の開口(154)は、前記マニホールドリング空洞と流れ連通して該複数の開口から冷却流体を吐出するようになっている、請求項1記載のタービンノズル組立体。
- タービンノズル翼形ベーン空洞(90)が、その中に画成された複数の冷却通路(100)を含み、前記複数のマニホールド冷却開口(154)が、前記複数の冷却通路と流れ連通している、請求項4記載のタービンノズル組立体。
- マニホールドリング半径方向内側壁(134)が、各タービンノズル翼形ベーン空洞(90)に向かう方向に半径方向内向きに延びる複数の円周方向に間隔を置いて配置されたほぼ球状の突出部(140)をさらに含む、請求項1記載のタービンノズル組立体。
- 前記カバープレート(201)の底面は、半球状の部分を有する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項記載のタービンノズル組立体。
- 前記カバープレート(201)は、該カバープレートから前記タービンノズル側に垂直に延びる側壁(216)を備え、該側壁間の前記カバープレートの底面は前記タービンノズルから離れる方向に前記配流ポートに向かって半径方向外向きに湾曲し、前記複数の開口(154)が前記側壁に設けられている、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項記載のタービンノズル組立体。
