Description
本発明は、その後に密封流体を付与し、また、カプセルがその表面上に残留液体が存在しない一方にて、本体部材の重なり合う部分にて利用可能な最大の容積にするため、流体の射出位相を改良することを通じて入れ子式に接続されたカプセルを同軸状に部分的に重なり合う本体部材に対して密封するための改良された方法及び装置を提供することを目的とする。
次に、添付図面を参照して、単に一例として、本発明についてより詳細に説明する。
Claims (8)
- 入れ子式に接続されたとき、同軸状に重なり合うキャップと本体部材とを有する硬い外皮のカプセルを密封する方法において、少なくとも2つの部品を有する密封クランプにより、カプセルを正確で且つ直立の位置にクランプし且つ保持するステップと、
既知の量の密封流体を、接続されたキャップと本体部材の重なり合う部分内に射出するステップと、
カプセルを解放するステップとを備える、カプセルを密封する方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、余剰な密封流体は、カプセル外皮の外部から除去されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の方法において、余剰な密封流体は、カプセルを直立の位置に保持する密封クランプから除去されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 入れ子式に接続されたとき、同軸状に重なり合うキャップと本体部材とを有する硬い外皮のカプセルを密封する装置において、
カプセルを直立の位置に保持する手段(1、11、21、31、41、51、61)と、
密封流体を、接続されたキャップと本体部材の重なり合う部分内に射出する手段(5、15、25、35、45、55、65)とを備え、
カプセルを直立の位置に保持する手段は、カプセルをクランプし且つ保持する密封クランプを備える、カプセルを密封する装置。 - 請求項4に記載の装置において、密封流体を射出する手段は、密封クランプ(1、11、21、31、41、51、61)における射出ポート(5、15、25、35、45、55、65)であることを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項4に記載の装置において、密封クランプは、液体回収溝(8、18、28、38、48、58、68)を有することを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項4に記載の装置において、密封クランプは、通気口(6、16、26、36、46、56、66)と、吸引ポート(7、17、27、37、47、57、67)とを有することを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項4に記載の装置において、密封クランプは、液体射出溝(49、69)を有することを特徴とする、装置。
