Description
1)該マンドレルには、平面要素の列を含むが、該平面要素を二等辺三角形の形状にして、台形要素の間に一列に配置し、そこでは上記平面要素を上記台形要素と曲折構造体の鋸歯線に沿って回転するよう接合させ、上記平面要素の互いに相対する底辺が凸ジグザグ線に沿って回転軸となり、上記平面要素の頂点が凹ジグザグ線に沿って回転軸となるよう向きを合わせる:

と等しく、式中Rは曲折芯ブロック湾曲部の半径、Sは曲折芯部の凹ジグザグ線間の間隔、Lは鋸歯線間の間隔、Hは曲折芯ブロックの高さである。

Claims (3)
- 平面台形要素から成る造形面をそれらの間で回転するよう接合し、可撓性材料を使用して、該可撓性材料上に前記要素を、接着剤を使用して固定する、単一湾曲サンドイッチパネル用曲折芯部を製造する変形可能なマンドレルであって、前記造形面には平面要素を含み、該平面要素を二等辺三角形の形状にし、台形要素の間に並べて配置し、前記平面要素を回転するよう、前記台形要素と曲折構造体の鋸歯形状の線に沿って接合し、それらの底辺を互いに相対させて凸ジグザグ線に沿う回転軸を形成し、それらの頂点は凹ジグザグ線に沿う回転軸を形成すること、を特徴とする変形可能なマンドレル。
- 前記曲折構造体の前記凸ジグザグ線に沿う前記三角形要素の底辺Bは関数、
