Claims (1)
- UVが入射される複数の開口部を持つブラックマトリックス及び第1ピクセル電極を備える第1基板と、
印加された電気的信号によって前記複数の開口部のそれぞれに対応するピクセル領域をスイッチングするための薄膜トランジスタ、及び前記薄膜トランジスタのドレイン電極と連結された第2ピクセル電極を備える第2基板と、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間に形成され、前記薄膜トランジスタの電気的信号によって配列状態が変化してUVを選択的に透過させる液晶を備える液晶層と、
前記第1基板の一面に積層されるUVを偏光させる第1偏光板と、
前記第2基板の一面に積層されるUVを偏光させる第2偏光板と、
前記第2偏光板の一面に積層され、前記複数のピクセル領域のそれぞれに対応するグラジエントインデックスレンズを備えるレンズアレイ層と
を備え、
前記グラジエントインデックスレンズは、平らな光学表面のみで構成されていることを特徴とする生体分子または高分子のアレイ形成用のプログラマブルマスクであって、
前記ピクセル領域外郭の第2基板上に、前記薄膜トランジスタを駆動するための駆動回路をさらに備え、
前記第1及び第2偏光板は、320〜400nmの波長のUVに対して透過度の高い偏光板であり、
前記生体分子は、核酸または蛋白質であり、前記核酸は、DNA、RNA、PNA、LNA及びその混成体で構成された群から選択されるものであり、前記蛋白質は、酵素、基質、抗原、抗体、リガンド、アプタマー及び受容体で構成された群から選択されるものであるプログラマブルマスク。
