Description
作動時、ステップ付き及び2直径の容器37は、他の部分よりも早く膨張して環状空間46に入る。従って、容器37は。熱又は圧力或いはその双方の作用の下で膨張するよう強制されたとき、底部分41は膨張して利用可能な空間46に入る傾向となる。従来技術の容器において、保持スリーブは、典型的に、容器の全体を近接して取り巻き、このことは、容器を上方及び下方(軸方向)に強制的に膨張させ且つ、容器を望ましくない仕方にて変形させる効果を有する。この実施の形態による本発明の設計はこの問題点を回避する。

Claims (21)
- マイクロ波支援の化学的作用のための容器組立体において、
マイクロ波放射線に対して透過性の材料で出来た円筒状の反応容器であって、環状壁と、反応剤を該容器の下方部分内に保持する1つの閉塞端と、該反応容器に対する入口を画成する1つの開放端とを有する前記円筒状反応容器と、
前記開放端から内方に斜角面付きとされたリップ部を有する前記円筒体の前記入口と、
前記反応容器の前記入口を閉じるマイクロ波透過性の中実な浮動プラグであって、該プラグが前記反応容器の前記入口内に配置されたとき、前記斜角面付きリップ部と係合する截頭部分を有する前記浮動プラグと、
前記截頭部が前記リップ部と係合した状態にて、前記プラグを前記円筒体の前記開放端部にて封止すべく前記プラグに対し規定された軸方向力を付与する可撓性の締結蓋と、
気体が貫通して流れるのを許容するために前記可撓性の締結蓋に形成された少なくとも1つの開口部と、を備える、容器組立体。 - 前記可撓性の締結蓋が、前記プラグを前記入口内に押込み得るように互いに係合するねじ付き蓋と、前記反応容器のねじ付き外壁とを備える、請求項1に記載の容器組立体。
- 前記反応容器、前記プラグ及び前記締結蓋が全てポリマー組成物で出来ている、請求項1に記載の容器組立体。
- 前記ポリマーがフロオロポリマーからなる、請求項3に記載の容器組立体。
- 前記截頭部の角度が、前記斜角面付きリップ部の角度と同一である、請求項1に記載の容器組立体。
- 前記截頭部の角度が、前記斜角面付きリップ部の角度と異なる、請求項1に記載の容器組立体。
- 前記反応容器が加熱され又は圧力を受けたとき或いはその双方のとき、前記反応容器が半径方向に膨張するのを制限し得るよう前記反応容器を取り巻く剛性なスリーブを更に備える、請求項1に記載の容器組立体。
- 前記反応容器をマイクロ波キャビティ内で直立の位置に保持するマイクロ波透過性のラックを更に備える、請求項2に記載の容器組立体。
- 前記ラックが回転台を備える、請求項8に記載の容器組立体。
- 前記ラックが、前記締結蓋における前記反応容器の半径方向への膨張を制限し得るよう前記締結蓋及び前記反応容器を近接して取り巻く、請求項8に記載の容器組立体。
- 前記ねじ付き蓋が、
剛性な周縁と、
剛性な中央の荷重支承部分と、
可撓性部分であって、前記可撓性部分が撓んだとき、中央部分が動くことができるように前記剛性な周縁を前記中央の荷重支承部分に接続する可撓性部分とを備える、請求項2に記載の容器組立体。 - 前記ねじ付き蓋の前記可撓性部分が環状である、請求項11に記載の容器組立体。
- 前記反応容器が、前記入口に隣接する前記反応容器における1組みの外ねじを備え、前記入口内の前記浮動プラグが、前記ねじ付き蓋が前記反応容器にねじ止めされたとき、前記ねじ付き蓋の前記中央の荷重支承部分と接触する、請求項11に記載の容器組立体。
- 前記マイクロ波透過性で熱膨張可能な反応容器が、軸方向に隣接する少なくとも2つの円筒状部分を有し、一方の部分の直径が他方の部分の直径よりも大きい直径を有し、
前記2つの円筒状部分の間の移行部分と、
前記容器の入口は前記大径部分にあり、
前記容器の周りに円筒状の保持スリーブを備える、請求項1に記載の容器組立体。 - 前記大径部分が、前記スリーブの内径に等しい外径により画成され、前記小径部分が、前記スリーブの前記内径よりも小さい外径により画成される、請求項14に記載の容器組立体。
- 前記移行部分が、ステップ状又は斜角面付きとされる、請求項14に記載の容器組立体。
- 前記保持スリーブが、ポリマー、強化ポリマー及び複合材料から成る群から選ばれた材料にて出来ている、請求項14に記載の容器組立体。
- 前記ラックが、前記ねじ付き蓋の外径と同一の直径を有する開口部を備え、これにより前記ねじ付き蓋が熱又は圧力下にて膨張するのを抑制する、請求項8に記載の容器組立体。
- 前記ラックが、複数の容器を同時に保持すべく前記ラックの開口部を複数有する少なくとも1つの水平方向板を備える、請求項18に記載の容器組立体。
- 前記ラックが、前記反応容器の下方部分を露出させ、これにより前記反応容器を外部から監視することを許容する、請求項8に記載の容器組立体。
- 少なくとも20の前記ラックの開口部と、少なくとも20の前記反応容器とを有する、請求項19に記載の容器組立体。
