Claims (4)
- ハウジングに取り付けられた電動モータと、この電動モータのモータ軸に同軸状に連結され、外周に螺旋状のねじ溝が形成されたねじ軸と、このねじ軸に外挿され、外周の軸方向中央にリンクの一端部と係合する一対の支持部を有し、内周に前記ねじ溝に対応する螺旋状のねじ溝が形成されたナットと、両ねじ溝間に収容された多数のボールと、前記両ねじ溝間にボールの無限循環路が形成されたボールの循環部材とからなり、前記電動モータの回転運動を軸方向運動に変換すると共に、前記支持部を介して連結されたリンクを揺動運動させるボールねじと、前記ねじ軸を前記ハウジングに対して回転自在に、かつ軸方向移動不可に支承する一対の支持軸受とを備えた電動リニアアクチュエータにおいて、
前記ナットの外周の軸方向中央に前記リンクの一端部と係合する一対の支持部を有し、胴部の両端部に、その内外の周面に貫通して前記ねじ溝の一部を切欠く楕円状の駒窓が、少なくとも前記ねじ溝の2ピッチの間隔をおいて穿設され、これらの駒窓に前記循環部材を構成する駒部材が装着されると共に、前記ナットの駒窓間である軸方向中央に環状の盗み部が形成され、この盗み部の両側にボール循環列が配置されていることを特徴とする電動リニアアクチュエータ。 - 前記ナットのねじ溝がタップ加工によって形成されている請求項1に記載の電動リニアアクチュエータ。
- 前記盗み部の内径が前記ねじ溝の内径よりも大きく設定されている請求項1に記載の電動リニアアクチュエータ。
- 前記盗み部が前記駒窓間の全域に形成されている請求項1または3に記載の電動リニアアクチュエータ。
