Description
Claims (15)
- 長手軸を有する円筒構造を形成する、複数の相互結合された円周バンドを備え、
前記円周バンドが、それぞれ全体的に蛇行するパターンを有し、複数のストラット及び複数のループを備え、該ストラットの各端部がループの端部に結合され、
少なくとも1つの円周バンドが、複数の弓状部を有する少なくとも2つのストラットを備え、該ストラットの各弓状部は、ストラットの各端部から中間部へと伸長する逆向き弓状部の逆方向の湾曲を有しているステントであって、
ストラットの複数の弓状部が、ステントの圧縮時、実質的に直線状となって伸長し、
弓状部を有する各ストラットが、ストラット端部においてストラットの中間部よりも大きい断面積を有し、
隣接するループが軸方向にずれるよう隣接するストラットの長さが異なる、
ステント。 - ステントが自己拡張型である、請求項1に記載のステント。
- ステントがバルーン拡張可能である、請求項1に記載のステント。
- ループの幅が、ストラットの幅より大きい、請求項1に記載のステント。
- ステントが、約5:1を超える拡張対圧縮外径比を有する、請求項2に記載のステント。
- ステントが、約7:1の拡張対圧縮外径比を有する、請求項2に記載のステント。
- 圧縮時にステントにかかる最大ひずみが、ストラットの中間部へと分配される、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 少なくとも1つの円周バンドが、1つのループの端部に結合された、弓状部を有する2つのストラットを少なくとも1組備え、ステント圧縮時、該ループとストラットの組は最大円周幅を有し、ステント圧縮時、ループとストラットの各組の最大円周幅は、長手軸に沿って、ループとストラットの隣接する組の最大円周幅とずれている、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 長手軸を有する円筒構造を形成し、複数のセルを有するステントにおいて、該複数のセルのそれぞれが、
全体的に蛇行するパターンを有し、複数のストラット及び少なくとも1つのループを備え、該ストラット及びループが、1つのループの端部に結合された2つのストラットからなる少なくとも1つの組を形成している、第1の円周部と、
全体的に蛇行するパターンを有し、複数のストラット及び少なくとも1つのループを備える第2の円周部とを備え、
前記第1の円周部の少なくとも1つの組が、複数の弓状部を有する2つのストラットを有し、各弓状部が、ストラットの各端部から中間部へと伸長する逆向き弓状部の逆方向の湾曲を有し、各ストラットが変動幅を有し、各ストラットの端部における幅が同じストラットの残りの部分の幅よりも大きく、前記ループがストラットより大きい幅を有し、
ストラットの複数の弓状ストラット部が、ステント圧縮時、実質的に直線状となって伸長し、
隣接するループが軸方向にずれるよう隣接するストラットの長さが異なる、
ステント。 - ステントが自己拡張型である、請求項9に記載のステント。
- ステントがバルーン拡張可能である、請求項9に記載のステント。
- ループの幅が、ストラットよりも大きい、請求項9に記載のステント。
- ステントが、約5:1を超える拡張対圧縮外径比を有する、請求項10に記載のステント。
