Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Stent Fig. (1) mit einem rohrförmigen, flexiblen Körper Fig. 1 (2), dessen Wand Fig. (3) aus einer Stegstruktur Fig. 2 (4) besteht, die nebeneinander angeordnete mäanderartig verlaufende Stegmuster Fig. 2 (5) aufweisen, dessen Stegmuster Fig. 2 (6) eine Krümmung aufweist. DOLLAR A Die gekrümmten Stegmuster Fig. 2 (5, 6) sind über Stegbögen Fig. 2 (7) miteinander verbunden, deren Scheitelpunkt Fig. 2 (8) nach oben weist und Scheitelpunkt Fig. 2 (9) nach unten weist oder umgekehrt. Hierdurch wird eine verbesserte Flexibilität erreicht sowie eine Verkürzung des Stents beim Öffnen vermieden und damit eine Erleichterung beim Einbringen und Platzieren des Stents erreicht.
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Stent gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Unter einem Stent versteht man eine Gefäßstütze, die aus Körper verträglichem Material
besteht. Der Stent bzw. die Gefäßstütze wird dazu verwendet, Blutgefäße oder auch andere
Körperöffnungen aufzuweiten und dauerhaft offen zu halten. Der Stent wird mit Hilfe eines
Katheters an die jeweilige zu plazierende Stelle eingeführt und mittels aufblasbarem Ballon
an die jeweilige verkalkte Stelle, (nach vorhergehender PTCA) zur Gefäßwand hin
aufweitet, so dass der Stent dauerhaft verankert ist, wobei er dann im Patienten verbleibt.
Derartige Stents sind bekannt, jedoch sind die im Bereich der Flexibilität und Verkürzung
beim Öffnen des Stent verbesserungsdürftig.
Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen Stent der im Oberbegriff von
Anspruch 1 angegebenen Art zu schaffen, dessen Flexibilität und Verkürzung beim Öffnen des
Stent, und damit das Einbringen und Plazieren weiter verbessert.
Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt durch die Merkmale des Anspruches 1.
Dadurch wird erreicht, daß ein besseres Einbringen des erfindungsgemäßen Stents an die zu
behandelnde Stelle erfolgt und das erfindungsgemäße Stent beim Öffnen an der erkrankten
Stelle im Gefäß, sich nicht wie andere Stents verkürzt, dieses wiederum hat zur Folge, dass bei
einer langstreckigen Stenose nicht mehrere Stents, (bedingt durch die Verkürzung),
eingebracht werden müssen.
Weitere Einzelheiten, Merkmale und Vorteile ergeben sich anhand der vorliegenden
Zeichnungen.
Sie zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine schematische stark vereinfachte Darstellung des Grundaufbaus eines
Erfindungsgemäßen Stents,
und
Fig. 2 eine der Fig. 1 entsprechende Darstellung der Stegstruktur der Wand des Stents gemäß
Fig. 1
Fig. 1 zeigt den grundsätzlichen Aufbau eines erfindungsgemäßen Stents 1, der einen flexiblen
Rohrförmigen Körper 2 mit einer Wand 3 aufweist, von der in Fig. 1 die Stirnansicht
dargestellt ist.
Fig. 2 verdeutlicht den Aufbau einer Stegstruktur 4, die die Wand Fig. 1 (3) bildet, wobei
die Stegstruktur 4 jedoch in Fig. 1 zur Vereinfachung der zeichnerischen Darstellung nicht im
einzelnen gezeigt ist. Daher wird nachfolgend betreffend den Aufbau der Stegstruktur 4
ausschließlich auf Fig. 2 Bezug genommen, welche den nicht expandierten zustand der
Stegstruktur zeigt.
Die Stegstruktur 4 weist je nach Größe des Stents eine Mehrzahl nebeneinander
mäanderförmig verlaufend Stegmuster auf, von denen in Fig. 2 repräsentativ die Stegmuster 5
mit Bezugzeichen gekennzeichnet sind.
Wie in Fig. 2 verdeutlicht, verlaufen die Stegmuster 5 mäanderförmig sowie leicht gekrümmt
6 und sind derart ausgerichtet, daß ihre auf den Zylinderwandmantelfläche des Körpers Fig. 1(2)
Senkrecht stehende Stegbögen Verbindungen 7 jeweils nach oben und unten angeordnet sind.
Wie sich aus der Zeichnung ergibt, sind die Stegbögen Verbindungen 7 erfindungsgemäß so
ausgerichtet das obere 8 und untere 9 Scheitelpunkt nach unten und oben zeigen. Desweiteren
wurde das Stegmuster 5 erfindungsgemäß mit Krümmung 6 versehen um eine Verkürzung
bei der Expansion zu vermeiden.
Der derart aufgebaute erfindungsgemäße Stent weist sehr gute Flexibilität in Längs- und
Querrichtung auf insbesondere wird eine Verkürzung des Stents bei der Expansion
vermeiden/verringert und kann damit auf einfache und sichere Weise.
In dem Erkrankten Gefäß eingebracht und fixiert werden. Es ist selbstverständlich, das das
Material aus dem der Stent gefertigt wird aus Bio/Hämokompatiblen Material besteht.
Claims (9)
1. Stent Fig. 1 (1) mit einem rohrförmigen, flexiblen Körper Fig. 1. (2), dessen Wand Fig. 1(3)
aus einer Stegstruktur nach Fig. 2 besteht und dessen Stege Fig. 2 (5, 6) Krümmungen
aufweisen die über Verbindungsstücke Fig. 2 (7) miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsstücke Fig. 2 (7) jeweils nach unten Fig. 2 (9) und
oben Fig. 2 (8) gerichtet sind.
2. Stent nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stegstrukturen Figur (5, 6) aus
einer Vielzahl von aneinander angereihter Stegkurven besteht.
3. Stent nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stegstrukturen Fig. 2 (5, 6)
Krümmungen aufweisen.
4. Stent nach Anspruch 1, 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stent wie in Fig. 3
dargestellt Verbindungsarten wie 1 und 2 aufweisen.
5. Stent nach einem der oben genannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stent
die, wie in Fig. 4 dargestellten, Stegverbindungen Fig. 4 (1, 2) aufweist.
6. Stent nach einem der oben genannten Anspüche, dadurch gekennnzeichnet, daß der Stent
mit dem Muster, wie in Fig. 5 dargestellt, angefertigt wird.
7. Stent nach einem der oben genannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stent
mit dem Muster, wie in Fig. 7 dargestellt, angefertigt wird.
8. Stent nach einem der oben genannten Ansprüche, dadurch daß gekennzeichnet, daß der
Stent mit dem Muster, wie in Fig. 7 dargestellt, angefertigt wird.
9. Stent nach Anspruch 1 bis 8 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gesamten Stegstrukturen
und Verbindungen aus körperverträglichen Materialien bestehen können.
