Claims (2)
- リングギヤが外周部に固設され、ハウジング内において一対のサイドベアリングを介して一軸心まわりに回転可能に両端部が支持されるデフケースと、該デフケース内に収容され、該一軸心上において相対抗する一対のサイドギヤと、該デフケース内に収容され、該一軸心に直交する軸心まわりに回転可能に支持されて該一対のサイドギヤと噛み合うデフピニオンとを備えた車両用差動歯車装置において、
前記デフケースは、前記一軸心を通る平面を境に分離する第1分割ケース部および第2分割ケース部が相互に固定されることにより構成され、
前記デフケースの両端部は、前記一対のサイドベアリングが嵌め着けられる一対の円筒状嵌着面を備え、該一対の円筒状嵌着面に該一対のサイドベアリングの内周輪が圧入されることにより、前記一対の第1分割ケース部および第2分割ケース部が相互に固定されることを特徴とする車両用差動歯車装置。 - リングギヤが外周部に固設され、ハウジング内において一対のサイドベアリングを介して一軸心まわりに回転可能に両端部が支持されるデフケースと、該デフケース内に収容され、該一軸心上において相対抗する一対のサイドギヤと、該デフケース内に収容され、該一軸心に直交する軸心まわりに回転可能に支持されて該一対のサイドギヤと噛み合うデフピニオンとを備えた車両用差動歯車装置において、
前記デフケースは、前記一軸心を通る平面を境に分離する第1分割ケース部および第2分割ケース部が相互に固定されることにより構成され、
前記デフケースは、前記一軸心方向の中央部に前記リングギヤが嵌め着けられる円筒状外周面を備え、該円筒状外周面に該リングギヤが圧入されることにより、前記一対の第1分割ケース部および第2分割ケース部が相互に固定されることを特徴とする車両用差動歯車装置。
