式中、Rは二価以上の炭化水素基、一般には二価以上の直鎖又は枝分れ脂肪族炭化水素基及び/又は二価以上の脂環式又は芳香族炭化水素基であり、Xは独立に塩素、臭素、フッ素又はヒドロキシルであり、nは、上記炭化水素基が1個以上のハロゲン及び/又はヒドロキシルで置換されていてもよいように1以上の値を有する整数であり、mは上記炭化水素基が1個以上のカルボキシルで置換されていてもよいように1以上の値を有する整数であるが、3以上のX置換基を有する炭素原子が存在しないことを条件とする。一般に、m及びnは独立に1〜約4の値を有する。
b)高官能性アルコール、糖アルコール、糖類及び/又は高官能性アミン、所望に応じて低官能性アルコール及び/又はアミンと、アルキレンオキシド、例えばエチレンオキシドやプロピレンオキシド等との反応で得られるポリエーテルポリオール、
c)リン酸及びポリリン酸とアルキレンオキシド、例えばエチレンオキシドやプロピレンオキシド等との反応で得られるポリエーテルポリオール、
d)ポリ芳香族アルコールとアルキレンオキシド、例えばエチレンオキシドやプロピレンオキシド等との反応で得られるポリエーテルポリオール
e)アンモニア及び/又はアミンとアルキレンオキシド、例えばエチレンオキシドやプロピレンオキシド等との反応で得られるポリエーテルポリオール
f)多官能性開始剤、例えばジオールと、ヒドロキシカルボン酸又はそのラクトン、例えばヒドロキシルカプロン酸又はε−カプロラクトンとの反応で得られるポリエステルポリオール、
g)シュウ酸塩エステルと、直接ポリエーテルポリオール中のジアミン、例えばヒドラジン、エチレンジアミン等との反応で得られるポリオキサメートポリオール、
h)ジイソシアネートと、直接ポリエーテルポリオール中のジアミン、例えばヒドラジン、エチレンジアミン等との反応で得られるポリ尿素ポリオール。
以下に示す表IIは、本発明の技術的範囲に属する遅効性触媒系を用いたMDIモールドフォーム(実施例1〜7)では、三級アミン単独又は三級アミン尿素と反応性三級アミンの混合物からなる本発明の技術的範囲に属さない触媒系を用いたとき(比較例A〜D)に比べ、HACSが格段に向上したことを示している。
以下に示す表IIIも、本発明の技術的範囲に属する遅効性触媒系を用いたTDIモールドフォーム(実施例8及び9)では、三級アミン単独からなる本発明の技術的範囲に属さない触媒系を用いたとき(比較例E)に比べ、HACSが格段に向上したことを示している。
Claims (10)
- ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法であって、
ポリイソシアネートと、水及び有機ポリオールを含む活性水素含有成分とを、(a)ヒドロキシ及び/又はハロ官能基を有する以下の一般式の、1以上のカルボン酸と(b)1以上の三級アミン尿素との反応生成物を含む触媒有効量の遅効性アミン触媒系の存在下で反応させる段階を含んでなる方法。
(X) n −R−(COOH) m
式中、Rは二価以上の炭化水素基であり、Xは塩素、臭素、フッ素からなる群から選択されるハロゲン又はヒドロキシルであり、m及びnは各々独立に1以上の値を有する整数であるが、3以上のX置換基を有する炭素原子が存在しないことを条件とする。 - 前記カルボン酸の二価炭化水素基が、直鎖脂肪族炭化水素基、枝分れ脂肪族炭化水素基、脂環式炭化水素基又は芳香族炭化水素基からなる群から選択される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記三級アミン尿素がモノ(三級アミノアルキル)尿素、ビス(三級アミノアルキル)尿素及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記反応生成物が、成分(c)として、反応性三級アミン、三級アミンカルバメート及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される反応体をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記反応性三級アミン化合物がビス(ジメチルアミノプロピル)アミノ−2−プロパノール、ビス(ジメチルアミノプロピル)アミン、ジメチルアミノプロピルジプロパノールアミン、ビス(ジメチルアミノ)−2−プロパノール、N,N,N’−トリメチル−N’−ヒドロキシエチル−ビス(アミノエチル)エーテル及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記三級アミンカルバメートがジメチルアミノエトキシエチルカルバメート、ビス(ジメチルアミノプロピル)アミノ−2−プロピルカルバメート、ジメチルアミノエチルカルバメート及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記反応段階が、有機スズカルボン酸塩、有機スズ酸化物、有機スズチオエステル、有機スズメルカプチド及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される有機スズ化合物を反応させることをさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記反応段階が、アミン触媒、金属塩触媒、架橋剤、シリコーン界面活性剤、有機発泡剤
及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるポリウレタンフォーム添加剤の存在下で実施される、請求項1記載の方法。 - 有機ポリイソシアネートと、水及び有機ポリオールを含む活性水素含有成分と、(a)ヒドロキシ及び/又はハロ官能基を有する以下の一般式の、1以上のカルボン酸と(b)1以上の三級アミン尿素との反応生成物を含む触媒有効量の遅効性アミン触媒系とを含む反応で得られる繰返し単位を有するポリウレタンフォーム。
(X) n −R−(COOH) m
式中、Rは二価以上の炭化水素基であり、Xは塩素、臭素、フッ素からなる群から選択されるハロゲン又はヒドロキシルであり、m及びnは各々独立に1以上の値を有する整数であるが、3以上のX置換基を有する炭素原子が存在しないことを条件とする。
