本実施の形態に係る基地局100の構成を図5に示し、本実施の形態に係る移動局200の構成を図6に示す。
本実施の形態では、例えばセル#1では図7に示すようにしてコンスタレーションを回転させる一方で、セル#1に隣接するセル#2では図11に示すようにしてコンスタレーションを回転させる。よって例えばPUCCH#1に着目すると、セル#1のPUCCH#1にはコンスタレーション#2(図8,図9)が用いられる一方で、セル#2のPUCCH#1にはコンスタレーション#1(図3,図4)が用いられる。同様に、PUCCH#2に着目すると、セル#1のPUCCH#2にはコンスタレーション#1(図3,図4)が用いられる一方で、セル#2のPUCCH#2にはコンスタレーション#2(図8,図9)が用いられる。
本実施の形態では、応答信号を変調する際にコンスタレーションを回転させる。
実施の形態1〜3では参照信号のコンスタレーションを変化させずに応答信号のコンスタレーションを回転させた。これに対し、本実施の形態では、図13に示すように、応答信号のコンスタレーションを変化させずに参照信号のコンスタレーションを回転させる。
基地局において複数の移動局からの応答信号間に受信電力の大きな差がある場合、受信電力の大きな応答信号が受信電力の小さな応答信号に干渉を与えることがある。例えば、図15に示すBW#0を用いて2次拡散される応答信号のうち、PUCCH#0を用いて送信される応答信号の受信電力およびPUCCH#3を用いて送信される応答信号の受信電力が大きく、その他のPUCCHを用いて送信される応答信号の受信電力が小さい場合には、PUCCH#0を用いて送信される応答信号およびPUCCH#3を用いて送信される応答信号が、その他のPUCCHを用いて送信される応答信号に最も大きな干渉を与える。
本実施の形態では、図16に示すような12個のPUCCHを定義する場合について説明する。
本実施の形態では、下り回線データのリソース割当結果を通知するための制御情報の受信に移動局が失敗したことを基地局において検出する場合について説明する。

Claims (18)
- 応答信号の送信に用いられるリソースであって、奇数か偶数かによって前記応答信号に1又はe j(π/2) を乗算する前記リソースの識別番号と、コントロール・チャネル・エレメント(CCE)の番号とが対応付けられ、移動局装置にデータを送信し、前記移動局装置に、前記データに関する制御情報を、前記CCEを用いて送信する送信部と、
前記移動局装置から、前記データに対する前記応答信号であって、前記CCEの番号に対応付けられた前記リソースの識別番号から特定される、循環シフト量で定義される系列を用いて拡散され、前記リソースの識別番号が奇数か偶数かによって、1又はej(π/2)が乗算されている前記応答信号を受信する受信部と、
を有する基地局装置。 - 前記CCEの番号と前記リソースの識別番号とが、一対一で対応付けられている、
