る。また水温上昇は、規模の小さい閉鎖的水面の場合には、青潮、赤潮の発生しやすい状況の原因の一つとなり、海洋生物の生態に大きな影響を及ぼす。

Claims (2)
- 海面の水温を低下させることによって低気圧の発生を防止するか、或いは、既に発生している低気圧の勢力を弱めるための装置であって、目的領域の海面又はその近くに配置する移動機能及び潜水機能を有する複数隻の潜水プラットフォームと、目的領域の海中に設置するために上記個々の潜水プラットフォームに設置した複数個の縦の送水用のパイプと、それらのパイプの吸入口を海面の水温よりも低温の冷水帯に配置して吸入口から冷水を吸引し、また、海面下の位置に配置したパイプの噴出口から冷水を噴出させるためにパイプに接続したポンプとを具備し、吸入口から吸引した冷水を海面表層の暖水帯又はそれに近い目的領域の海面に水中供給することで、より高温の暖水と混合するようにしたことを特徴とする海面の水温低下装置。
- 縦に設置した送水用のパイプは、潜水プラットフォームの移動の際に、移動方向との交差角度が小さくなるように傾斜する方向へ回転可能に設けられている請求項1記載の海面の水温低下装置。
