Description
これに対して請求項1に記載の特徴を有する本発明による燃料噴射装置は、磁石アセンブリが、カバー部分の取付け前に既にハウジング部分内に固定されているという利点を有する。さらにばねエレメントにより、磁石アセンブリの長さ補償、ひいては確実な固定が可能である。少なくとも1つの保持エレメントとばねエレメントとを一体的に形成することにより、1つの付加的な構成部分しか必要ではない。
Claims (8)
- 内燃機関のための燃料噴射装置であって、該燃料噴射装置に、燃料噴射を制御するための少なくとも1つの電磁弁(56,60)が設けられており、該電磁弁(56,60)が、ハウジング部分(36;136)内に配置されており、前記電磁弁(56,60)が、電磁コイル(63)と磁石可動子(64)とを備えた磁石アセンブリ(62)を有しており、該磁石アセンブリ(62)が、ハウジング部分(36;136)の切欠き(61)内に挿入されており、前記燃料噴射装置に、ハウジング部分(36;136)と共に組立可能なカバー部分(18)が設けられており、該カバー部分(18)により、磁石アセンブリ(62)が、ハウジング部分(36;136)内に固定される形式のものにおいて、カバー部分(18)と磁石アセンブリ(62)との間に、ばねエレメント(70;170)が配置されており、該ばねエレメント(70;170)により、磁石アセンブリ(62)が、ハウジング部分(36;136)内で緊締されるようになっており、ばねエレメント(70;170)に、少なくとも1つの保持エレメント(72,74;172)が一体的に成形されており、該保持エレメント(72,74;172)により、ばねエレメント(70,170)が、ハウジング部分(36;136)で保持されており、カバー部分(18)とハウジング部分(36;136)とが組み立てられていることなしに、磁石アセンブリ(62)をハウジング部分(36;136)の切欠き(61)内に保持しており、ばねエレメント(70;170)が、皿ばねの形で形成されており、2つの電磁弁(56,60)が設けられており、該電磁弁(56,60)が、ハウジング部分(36)の切欠き(61)内に挿入された磁石アセンブリ(62)を有しており、それぞれの磁石アセンブリ(62)にばねエレメント(70)が対応配置されており、両方のばねエレメント(70)が、互いに一体的に形成されていることを特徴とする、内燃機関のための燃料噴射装置。
- 少なくとも1つの保持エレメント(170)が、ばねエレメント(170)を取り囲む、半径方向に弾性的な固定リングの形で形成されており、該固定リングが、ハウジング部分(136)で係止可能である、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- ハウジング部分(136)内の切欠き(161)の周にアンダカット(174)が形成されており、該アンダカット(174)内に、固定リング(172)が係止可能である、請求項2記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 少なくとも1つの保持エレメント(72)が、ばねエレメント(70)から、有利には少なくともほぼ半径方向外側へ突出したフックの形で形成されており、該フックが、少なくとも間接的にハウジング部分(36)に引っ掛かり可能である、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- フック(72)が、ハウジング部分(36)に固定されたピン(74)に引っ掛かり可能であるか、又は該ピン(74)に圧着可能である、請求項4記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 少なくとも1つの保持エレメント(75)が、ばねエレメント(70)の周から、有利には少なくともほぼ半径方向外側へ突出した、互いに間隔をおいて配置された2つの突起により形成されており、該突起が、有利にはハウジング部分(36)に固定されたピンを包囲係合するか、又は該ピンに圧着可能である、請求項1、4または5記載の燃料噴射装置。
- ばね(70)に、フック(72)及び突起(75)により形成された保持エレメントが一体成形されており、該保持エレメント(72,75)が、周方向で見て互いにずらされて、ばねエレメント(70)に配置されている、請求項4から6までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 一方のばねエレメント(70)に、フック(72)により形成された保持エレメントが一体成形されており、かつ別のばねエレメント(70)に、突起(75)により形成された保持エレメントが一体成形されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
