Description
Claims (7)
- 血管疾患を治療するシステムであって、
延長先端部が設けられたカテーテルを備え、前記延長先端部は、前記延長先端部の周囲部のまわりに分布して配置された複数の潅注ポートを含んでおり、
前記システムは、さらに、
前記延長先端部に配置された発光コイルを備え、前記発光コイルは、前記延長先端部と同軸であり螺旋状に配置され、
前記複数の潅注ポートは、前記発光コイルのループとループとの間に間隔を隔てて配置され、
前記システムは、さらに、
前記延長先端部より近位で前記カテーテルに配置されている第1膨張可能部材と、
ガイドワイヤと、
前記ガイドワイヤの遠位部に配置されている第2膨張可能部材と、を備え、
前記潅注ポートは、少なくとも1個の流体供給源と流体連絡状態にあり、
該流体供給源は光重合開始剤の供給源、またはプレポリマーの供給源である、
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記カテーテルは、膨張管腔と、流体搬送管腔と、ガイドワイヤ管腔とを有していることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記カテーテルは、膨張管腔と、流体搬送・ガイドワイヤ管腔とを有していることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記流体供給源は洗浄液の供給源をさらに備えている、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記発光コイルは光源に動作可能に接続されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記発光コイルは光ファイバーの遠位部の中まで形成されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記ガイドワイヤには膨張管腔が設けられていることを特徴とする、
