Description
本発明は、押出機用の漏れ防止供給ロールに関するものである。特に、本発明は、押出機供給部でのエラストマー材料の漏れを低減するための供給ロール組立体に関するものである。
複数のシール板が、各外殻ハウジング部分の外面に隣接配置されている。各シール板には、シール板穴が設けられている。
各シール板のシール板穴の内周面には、少なくとも1つの溝が設けられている。
各シール板の外面に隣接して複数の端板が配置されている。
各端板の内面には、少なくとも1つの溝が設けられている。
各端版には、端版穴が設けられている。
外殻316は増大する穴直径を有し、これによって供給ロール312との隙間を変化させることで、エラストマー材料が供給ロール312の作業面311の中央へ再方向付けされる。
本発明の基礎にある原理を逸脱することなしに多くの変化形や変更態様が可能であることにかんがみ、本発明に与えられるべき保護範囲を理解するには、特許請求の範囲を参照するのがよい。

Claims (11)
- 押出機用の供給ロール組立体において、
駆動軸端と、中央ロール部分と、自由端とを有する供給ロールと、
少なくとも2つの外殻ハウジング部分を含み、供給ロールの中央ロール部分の少なくとも50パーセントを遮蔽する外殻ハウジングと、
各外殻ハウジング部分の外面に隣接配置された複数のシール板と、
各シール板のシール板穴と、
各シール板のシール板穴の内周部に設けられた複数の溝と、
各シール板の外面に隣接配置された複数の端板と、
各端板の内面に設けられた複数の溝と、
各端板に設けられた端板穴とを含む、押出機用の供給ロール組立体。 - 前記各外殻ハウジング部分が、変化する内径を含んでいる、請求項1に記載された供給ロール組立体。
- 各ロール端板に設けられた前記各溝が一定の幅を有している、請求項1に記載された供給ロール組立体。
- 各シール板に設けられた前記各溝が一定の幅を有している、請求項1に記載された供給ロール組立体。
- 前記外殻ハウジングが2つの外殻ハウジング部分を有し、
前記複数のシール板の各々が、それぞれの外殻ハウジング部分の外面に隣接配置され、各シール板が複数の溝を有しており、
前記複数の端板の各々が、それぞれのシール板の外面に隣接配置され、各端板が複数の溝を有している、請求項1に記載された供給ロール組立体。 - 前記各外殻ハウジング部分が、変化する内径を含んでいる、請求項5に記載された供給ロール組立体。
- 各ロール端板に設けられた前記各溝が一定の幅を有している、請求項6に記載された供給ロール組立体。
- 各シール板に設けられた前記各溝が一定の幅を有している、請求項6に記載された供給ロール組立体。
- 各シール板に設けられた前記各溝が一定の幅を有している、請求項7に記載された供給ロール組立体。
- シール板の少なくとも1つの溝と、端板の少なくとも1つの溝とが、供給ロール組立体の作動中に、エラストマー材料を供給ロールの中央ロール部分へ再方向付けて戻すように構造的に協働する、請求項1に記載された供給ロール組立体。
- シール板の前記溝と端板の前記溝とが、供給ロール組立体の作動中に、エラストマー材料を供給ロールの中央ロール部分へ再方向付けて戻すために、構造的に協働する、請求項9に記載された供給ロール組立体。
