(リラックス感向上度試験方法)
吉田倫幸氏開発のHSK中枢リズムモニターを用い測定した。脳波電極を国際10-20法にしたがいFp1,Fp2の前頭部2部位に装着、右耳朶をアース、左耳朶を基準電極とし前頭部脳波を記録した。記録された脳波について102.4秒間の平均ゆらぎスペクトルを求め、それぞれの部位について、得られたゆらぎスペクトルから変曲点を求め、変曲
点より低周波帯域の傾き係数を算出し、これをゆらぎリズム係数とした。一般に、左前頭部のゆらぎ係数は−1に近いほど感情状態が良く、快適な心地よい状態であり、0に近づくほど感情状態が悪いことを示していると言われている。また右前頭部のゆらぎ係数は−1に近いほど覚醒感が低く、鎮静した状態であり、0に近づくほど覚醒していることを示していると言われている。そこで、Fp1,Fp2の値がともにブランクの値に較べて−1方向へ変化し、ともに0.5よりも大きな値を得た場合に「リラックス感が向上した」と評価した。
