Description
図1は溶銑装入開始時の実施の形態を示す断面図であり、1は転炉、2はこの転炉1内に装入される溶銑を前工程から搬送してくる溶銑鍋である。転炉1の内部には、自動車スクラップのような可燃物を含むスクラップ3が予め装入されている。溶銑鍋2は図示しないクレーンによって搬送され、傾斜させた転炉1内に溶銑4を装入する。この際にフレームや多量の黒煙、粉塵等が発生して転炉1の口部から噴出するため、転炉上方部に装入フード5を設置してダクト6で吸引している。

Claims (2)
- 可燃物を含むスクラップが入った転炉あるいは予備処理炉に溶銑鍋から溶銑を装入する際に発生するフレーム及び粉塵を、ヘッダーからの冷却水の散水または噴霧により遮断しつつ溶銑の装入を行った後、溶銑鍋が炉口から離れるタイミングで冷却水の供給を停止するとともに、ヘッダーへの配管内部に高圧の不活性ガスを噴射して、配管内部に残留した冷却水を不活性ガスとともに排出し、不活性ガスの噴射が終了した後に、配管内に飽和蒸気もしくは湿り蒸気を流すことを特徴とする溶銑装入方法。
- 冷却水の供給停止及び不活性ガスの噴射を、溶銑鍋を移動する溶銑クレーンの運転席に設置した操作装置によって制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶銑装入方法。
