Claims (10)
- 分離平面の領域(30)でサンプル物質の成分の二次元分離を行うための分離エレメント(10)を備える、生体分子サンプル物質の分離デバイスであって、該分離エレメント(10)が、該分離平面を横切る輸送方向に、分離されたサンプル成分を輸送し、かつ支持表面(16)上に送出するためのフロースルーチャネル構造体(14)を有し、前記分離されたサンプル成分の相対的な位置が、それらが前記支持表面(16)上に送出されるときに本質的には保持されるように、前記チャネル構造体(14)が、前記分離エレメント(10)の分離領域(30)上に延在することを特徴とする、上記分離デバイス。
- 前記支持表面(16)が、前記分離エレメント(10)の自由表面によりまたは個別の支持基材(16)により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の分離デバイス。
- 前記チャネル構造体(14)が、前記分離エレメント(10)の分離領域(30)上にグリッド状またはマトリックス状に分布しかつ前記分離平面に垂直である複数の送出チャネル(52)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2の1項に記載の分離デバイス。
- 前記チャネル構造体(14)が、多孔性プレート(62)または層により形成され、かつその細孔が、前記分離平面に垂直である微視的なフロースルー送出チャネルを形成する、請求項1〜3のうちの1項に記載の分離デバイス。
- 前記チャネル構造体(14)の自由転写表面(54)が、前記支持基材(16)に結合可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のうちの1項に記載の分離デバイス。
- 前記支持表面(16)が、MALDI-TOF分析に適合するように設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のうちの1項に記載の分離デバイス。
- 前記支持表面(16)が、前記送出チャネル(52)の出口領域に前記サンプル物質に対して親水性のアンカーゾーン(58)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のうちの1項に記載の分離デバイス。
- 前記分離エレメント(10)が、二次元サンプル分離のために、前記分離平面内を通る直交した分離通路(34, 36)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のうちの1項に記載の分離デバイス。
- 前記分離通路(34, 36)が、とくに等電点電気泳動(IEF)またはポリアクリルアミドゲル電気泳動(PAGE)により電気泳動分子分離を行うように設計されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の分離デバイス。
- 前記分離通路(34, 36)が、とくに、キャピラリー状の微視的な分離チャネルによりおよび/またはポリマー材料もしくはポリアクリルアミドゲルなどのゲル材料の分離層により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の分離デバイス。
