Description
よって、本発明の目的は、駆動回路の構成を簡素化するのに適合する発光パッケージと、それを含むバックライトユニット及び液晶表示装置を提供することにある。
本発明の他の目的は、製造費用を減らすのに適合する発光パッケージとそれを含むバックライトユニット及び液晶表示装置を提供することにある。

Claims (12)
- 直列接続された複数の発光ダイオードと、
前記複数の発光ダイオードに接続された電流調整器とを具備し、
前記複数の発光ダイオードは第1乃至第3発光ダイオードを含み、
複数の抵抗の一つが前記第1乃至第3発光ダイオードと並列に接続され、
前記複数の抵抗の二番目の抵抗は前記第2及び第3発光ダイオードと並列に接続されることを特徴とする発光パッケージ。
- 前記複数の抵抗の三番目の抵抗は、前記第3発光ダイオードと並列に接続され、前記第1発光ダイオードが緑色光を放射することを特徴とする請求項1記載の発光パッケージ。
- 前記複数の抵抗のそれぞれは、ホワイトバランスを設定するために相互に異なる抵抗値を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の発光パッケージ。
- 前記複数の発光ダイオードは少なくとも一つの赤色発光ダイオード、緑色発光ダイオード及び青色発光ダイオードを具備して白色光を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の発光パッケージ。
- 前記複数の抵抗の比が、前記赤色発光ダイオード、前記緑色発光ダイオード及び前記青色発光ダイオードとから放射される光の量がほぼ等しくなるように設定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の発光パッケージ。
- 前記複数の発光ダイオードの上部に設置されたレンズをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の発光パッケージ。
- 直列接続された複数の発光ダイオードと、前記複数の発光ダイオードに接続された電流調整器とを具備し、
前記複数の発光ダイオードは、第1乃至第3発光ダイオードを含み、
複数の抵抗の一つが、前記第1乃至第3発光ダイオードと並列に接続され、
前記複数の抵抗の他の一つが、第1発光ダイオードと並列に接続され、
前記複数の抵抗のさらに他の一つが第3発光ダイオードと並列に接続されることを特徴とする発光パッケージ。
- 前記複数の抵抗それぞれは、ホワイトバランスを設定するためにお互いに違う抵抗値を有することを特徴とする請求項7記載の発光パッケージ。
- 前記複数の発光ダイオードは、少なくとも一つの赤色発光ダイオードと緑色発光ダイオードと青色発光ダイオードとを具備して白色光を形成することを特徴とする請求項7記載の発光パッケージ。
- 前記第1乃至第3抵抗の比が、前記赤色発光ダイオード、前記緑色発光ダイオードと前記青色発光ダイオードとから放射される光の量がほぼ同じであるように設定されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の発光パッケージ。
- 前記複数の抵抗それぞれの抵抗値が、前記発光ダイオードそれぞれから放射される光の量が同じであるように設定されることを特徴とする請求項7記載の発光パッケージ。
- 前記複数の発光ダイオードの上部に設置されたレンズをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7記載の発光パッケージ。
