Claims (15)
- それぞれ第1のタービンおよび第2のタービンの2つのタービンを有する、第1の空気循環装置および第2の空気循環装置と、
第1の空気循環装置および第2の空気循環装置の各々の第1のタービンおよび第2のタービンと流体連通するマニホールドと、
マニホールドと流体連通する凝縮器と、
マニホールド内に配置され、タービンと凝縮器の間の空気の流れを制御する、第1の弁および第2の弁と、
これらの弁に接続され、複数の位置の間で弁を移動させる、アクチュエータアッセンブリと、
を備えることを特徴とする航空機の空気生成装置。 - 前記マニホールドは、第1の交差部において流体的に接続される一対の対向する第1の通路であって、各通路が第1のタービンの1つに流体的に接続される、一対の対向する第1の通路を含み、さらに、マニホールドは、第2の交差部において流体的に接続される一対の対向する第2の通路であって、各通路が第2のタービンの1つに流体的に接続される、一対の対向する第2の通路を含み、第1の弁および第2の弁は、第1の交差部および第2の交差部においてそれぞれ配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記マニホールドは、第1の交差部と流体連通する凝縮器入口通路を含み、さらに、マニホールドは、第2の交差部と流体連通する凝縮器出口通路を含み、第1の通路は、第1のタービンの出口に流体的に接続され、第2の通路は、第2のタービンの入口に流体的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記複数の位置は、第1の空気循環装置および第2の空気循環装置のタービンを凝縮器に流体的に接続する第1の位置と、第1の空気循環装置のタービンを凝縮器に流体的に接続しかつ第2の空気循環装置のタービンを凝縮器から遮断する第2の位置と、第2の空気循環装置のタービンを凝縮器に流体的に接続しかつ第1の空気循環装置のタービンを凝縮器から遮断する第3の位置とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 対向する一対の第1の通路および対向する一対の第2の通路を有するマニホールドであって、対向する一対の第1の通路と流体連通しこれらの第1の通路との第1の交差部を形成する凝縮器入口通路と、対向する一対の第2の通路と流体連通しこれらの第2の通路との第2の交差部を形成する凝縮器出口通路とを含む、マニホールドと、
マニホールド内に配置され、第1の交差部および第2の交差部内にそれぞれ配置された第1の弁および第2の弁と、
これらの弁に接続され、複数の位置の間で弁を移動させ、通路の間の空気の流れを制御する、アクチュエータアッセンブリと、
を備えることを特徴とする航空機の空気生成装置用のマニホールド。 - 前記第1の弁および第2の弁は、共通軸により支持され、アクチュエータアッセンブリは、この軸に結合されることを特徴とする請求項5記載のマニホールド。
- 前記アクチュエータアッセンブリは、軸を駆動する電気ステッピングモータを含むことを特徴とする請求項6記載のマニホールド。
- 歯車列が、歯車列と軸の間に相互に接続されて増加されたトルクを軸に供給することを特徴とする請求項7記載のマニホールド。
- 回転可変変位変換器が、軸に接続され、この軸の角度位置を検出することを特徴とする請求項6記載のマニホールド。
- 前記軸の端部は、ハウジングから延びており、前記複数の位置の間で弁の手動調節が可能となることを特徴とする請求項6記載のマニホールド。
- 前記対向する第1の通路は、対向する第1のタービン出口を含み、対向する第2の通路は、対向する第2のタービン入口を含み、マニホールドは、第1のタービン出口の一方と第2のタービン入口の一方を含む第1の側部と、第1のタービン出口の他方と第2のタービン入口の他方を含む第2の側部とを有することを特徴とする請求項5記載のマニホールド。
- 前記複数の位置は、前記第1の側部および前記第2の側部を凝縮器に流体的に接続する第1の位置と、前記第1の側部を凝縮器に流体的に接続しかつ前記第2の側部を凝縮器から遮断する第2の位置と、前記第2の側部を凝縮器に流体的に接続しかつ前記第1の側部を凝縮器から遮断する第3の位置とを含むことを特徴とする請求項11記載のマニホールド。
- 前記第1の位置および第2の位置は、互いに約45度で角度的に離れており、前記第1の位置および第3の位置は、互いに約45度で角度的に離れていることを特徴とする請求項12記載のマニホールド。
- それぞれ第1のタービンおよび第2のタービンの2つのタービンを有する、第1の空気循環装置および第2の空気循環装置と、
第1の空気循環装置および第2の空気循環装置の各々の第1のタービン出口と、第1の空気循環装置および第2の空気循環装置の各々の第2のタービン入口と流体連通する単一のマニホールドと、
入口および出口を有し、その両方が前記マニホールドと流体連通する凝縮器と、
タービンと凝縮器との間の空気の流れを制御するように、前記マニホールド内の前記一対の第1のタービン出口と前記凝縮器入口との間に配置された第1の弁と、前記マニホールド内の前記一対の第2のタービン入口と前記凝縮器出口との間に配置された第2の弁と、
これらの弁に接続され、複数の位置の間で弁を移動させる、アクチュエータアッセンブリと、
を備えることを特徴とする航空機の空気生成装置。 - 一対の空気循環装置の各々の第1のタービン出口と流体連通する対向する一対の第1の通路と、各空気循環装置の第2のタービン入口と流体連通する対向する一対の第2の通路と、を有するマニホールドであって、対向する一対の第1の通路と流体連通しこれらの第1の通路との第1の交差部を形成する凝縮器入口通路と、対向する一対の第2の通路と流体連通しこれらの第2の通路との第2の交差部を形成する凝縮器出口通路とを含む、マニホールドと、
マニホールド内に配置され、第1の交差部および第2の交差部内にそれぞれ配置された第1の弁および第2の弁と、
これらの弁に接続され、複数の位置の間で弁を移動させ、通路の間の空気の流れを制御する、アクチュエータアッセンブリと、
を備えることを特徴とする航空機の空気生成装置用のマニホールド。
