Claims (10)
- 空気を供給する加圧空気源と、
加圧空気源と流体的に接続され、空気を受け取る第1の空気循環装置および第2の空気循環装置と、
第1の空気循環装置と第2の空気循環装置にそれぞれ接続された熱交換器と、
を備える、空気生成装置であって、
第1の空気循環装置と第2の空気循環装置は、それぞれ空気を圧縮して圧縮空気を提供する圧縮機を含み、第1の空気循環装置と第2の空気循環装置の少なくとも一方は、第1のタービンと第2のタービンとを含み、第1のタービンは、圧縮空気を、第1の温度を有する第1の調整空気に膨張させ、第2のタービンは、第1の調整空気を、第1の温度より低い第2の温度を有する第2の調整空気に膨張させ、熱交換器は、空気源からの空気と、第1の空気循環装置および第2の空気循環装置の両方の圧縮機からの圧縮空気とを冷却し、
前記熱交換器は、第1の熱交換器部分と第2の熱交換器部分とを含み、第1の空気循環装置と第2の空気循環装置はそれぞれ、第1の熱交換器部分と第2の熱交換器部分に支持されており、第1の熱交換器部分と第2の熱交換器部分は、所定の方向にラム空気流れ経路を有し、ラム空気入口ヘッダが、ラム空気を第1の熱交換器部分と第2の熱交換器部分に提供するとともに、該ラム空気流れ経路に対して横向きに入口経路を画成することを特徴とする空気生成装置。 - 空気を供給する加圧空気源と、
加圧空気源と流体的に接続され、空気を受け取る第1の空気循環装置および第2の空気循環装置と、
第1の空気循環装置と第2の空気循環装置にそれぞれ接続された熱交換器と、
を備える、空気生成装置であって、
第1の空気循環装置と第2の空気循環装置は、それぞれ空気を圧縮して圧縮空気を提供する圧縮機を含み、第1の空気循環装置と第2の空気循環装置の少なくとも一方は、第1のタービンと第2のタービンとを含み、第1のタービンは、圧縮空気を、第1の温度を有する第1の調整空気に膨張させ、第2のタービンは、第1の調整空気を、第1の温度より低い第2の温度を有する第2の調整空気に膨張させ、熱交換器は、空気源からの空気と、第1の空気循環装置および第2の空気循環装置の両方の圧縮機からの圧縮空気とを冷却し、
前記第1および第2の空気循環装置は、熱交換器に機械的に取り付けかつ支持されていることを特徴とする空気生成装置。 - 可撓性の防振装置が、空気循環装置と熱交換器の間に配置されて熱交換器の熱膨張を許容することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 前記熱交換器は、一次熱交換器と二次熱交換器とを含み、一次熱交換器は、加圧空気源からの空気を冷却し、二次熱交換器は、圧縮空気を冷却することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 凝縮器が、第1の熱交換器部分と第2の熱交換器部分の間に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 水収集器が、第1の空気循環装置と第2の空気循環装置の間で凝縮器の下に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項5記載の装置。
- マニホールドが、凝縮器と水収集器の間に取り付けられ、凝縮器を水収集器と流体的に接続し、マニホールドは、第1の空気循環装置と第2の空気循環装置の間に取り付けられ、第1の熱交換器部分および第2の熱交換器部分を圧縮機と流体的に接続することを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記第1の空気循環装置と第2の空気循環装置のそれぞれは、ファンと、第1のタービンと、第2のタービンとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の装置。
- ラム空気出口ヘッダが、熱交換器およびファンを流体的に接続し、第1の空気循環装置と第2の空気循環装置はそれぞれ、ラム空気出口を有し、ファンは、ラム空気出口とラム空気出口ヘッダの間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項8記載の装置。
- 空気を供給する加圧空気源と、
加圧空気源と流体的に接続され、空気を受け取る第1の空気循環装置および第2の空気循環装置と、
第1の空気循環装置と第2の空気循環装置にそれぞれ接続された熱交換器と、
を備える、空気生成装置であって、
第1の空気循環装置と第2の空気循環装置は、それぞれ空気を圧縮して圧縮空気を提供する圧縮機を含み、第1の空気循環装置と第2の空気循環装置の少なくとも一方は、第1のタービンと第2のタービンとを含み、第1のタービンは、圧縮空気を、第1の温度を有する第1の調整空気に膨張させ、第2のタービンは、第1の調整空気を、第1の温度より低い第2の温度を有する第2の調整空気に膨張させ、熱交換器は、空気源からの空気と、第1の空気循環装置および第2の空気循環装置の両方の圧縮機からの圧縮空気とを冷却し、
前記圧縮機と、前記第1のタービンと、前記第2のタービンと、は共通のシャフトに取り付けられることを特徴とする空気生成装置。
