前記吸収体には、前記トップシートとバックシートとの間に吸収体が介在しない欠損部が形成されるとともに、前記温度変化部材が前記欠損部を前記トップシート側から覆うように前記欠損部より広い範囲に配設され、
前記温度変化部材には高吸収性ポリマーが混入されており、該高吸収性ポリマーは粒状粉とされ、前記温度変化物質の粉粒体中に混入されるか、又は前記温度変化部材を構成する基材中に混入されるとともに、前記高吸収性ポリマーは、JIS K 7224に基づき測定される吸収速度が50秒以下、且つ目付量が20〜200g/m 2 であり、
前記温度変化部材の少なくとも一部は、前記トップシートとの間に前記吸収体が介在されず且つ前記バックシートとの間に前記吸収体が介在されないように配設されていることを特徴とする使い捨ておむつが提供される。
図1は本発明に係る使い捨て紙おむつ1の製品状態外観図であり、図2はその展開図である。
先ず最初に、吸収性本体10の構造の一例について図2〜図4に基づいて詳述する。
吸収性本体10は、前述したように、不織布などからなる透液性トップシート11と、ポリエチレン等からなるバックシート12との間に、綿状パルプ等の繊維集合体と高吸収性ポリマー等の高吸収材などからなる吸収体13を介在させた構造とされ、体液を吸収保持するものである。
次に外装シート20の構造について、図4及び図5に基づいて詳述する。外装シート20は、上層不織布20A及び下層不織布20Bが、ホットメルト接着剤などにより接着された2層構造の不織布シートとされ、前記上層不織布20Aと下層不織布20Bとの間に各種弾性伸縮部材がホットメルト接着剤などにより接着され、伸縮性が付与されている。平面形状は、中間両側部に夫々脚部開口を形成するための凹状の脚回りカットライン29により、全体として擬似砂時計形状を成している。
次に、前記温度変化部材31の構造について詳述する。
温度変化部材31は、体液との接触により着用者が感知し得る程度の温度変化を生じる温度変化物質30の粉粒体、或いはその成形体又は温度変化物質を担持させたシート状物の内のいずれかからなるもので、この温度変化物質30の温度変化によって着用者に温度変化を感知させるとともに、育児者等が温度変化を外部から感知できるようになる。
次に、温度変化部材31の第1〜第4形態例に係る配設形態例について、図2、図3及び図6〜図16に基づいて説明する。なお、図6〜図16の(A)は吸収体13及び温度変化部材31の関係のみを示した平面図、(B)はそのB−B線矢視部位における紙おむつ1の断面を示した拡大図である。ただし、図6〜図16の(B)には、立体ギャザーBSが省略されている。
(1)上記形態例では、パンツ型使い捨て紙おむつを例に採り本発明を説明したが、本発明はテープ式使い捨て紙おむつに対しても同様に適用が可能である。また、幼児用、大人用問わず適用が可能であるが、好ましくは幼児のオムツ離れを促すためのトレーニングパンツに適用するのが望ましい。
Claims (6)
- 透液性のトップシートと不透液性のバックシートとの間に繊維集合体と高吸収性ポリマーとからなる吸収体が介在されるとともに、体液との接触により着用者が感知し得る程度の温度変化を生じる温度変化物質の粉粒体、或いはその成形体からなる温度変化部材を備えた使い捨ておむつであって、
前記吸収体には、前記トップシートとバックシートとの間に吸収体が介在しない欠損部が形成されるとともに、前記温度変化部材が前記欠損部を前記トップシート側から覆うように前記欠損部より広い範囲に配設され、
前記温度変化部材には高吸収性ポリマーが混入されており、該高吸収性ポリマーは粒状粉とされ、前記温度変化物質の粉粒体中に混入されるか、又は前記温度変化部材を構成する基材中に混入されるとともに、前記高吸収性ポリマーは、JIS K 7224に基づき測定される吸収速度が50秒以下、且つ目付量が20〜200g/m 2 であり、
前記温度変化部材の少なくとも一部は、前記トップシートとの間に前記吸収体が介在されず且つ前記バックシートとの間に前記吸収体が介在されないように配設されていることを特徴とする使い捨ておむつ。 - 前記欠損部において前記温度変化部材と前記使い捨ておむつの外面との間に配置される構成部材の合計坪量が、前記温度変化部材の表面側及び裏面側の両側においてそれぞれ100g/m2以下である請求項1記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記欠損部は、少なくとも前記吸収体の長手方向及び幅方向の中間部に形成されている請求項1、2いずれかに記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記欠損部は、前記吸収体の股間部の両側端に形成されている請求項1、2いずれかに記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記欠損部は、前記吸収体の長手方向の両端又は一端に形成されている請求項1、2いずれかに記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記温度変化物質は、ソルビトール又はキシリトールである請求項1〜5いずれかに記載の使い捨ておむつ。
