【0001】

fL =v/2・d・・・・・(2)
d=v/2・fL ・・・・・(3)
x=Xkilo+Xref+Xdisp・・・・(4)
y=Ykilo+Yref+Ydisp・・・・(5)
z=Zkilo+Zref+Zdisp・・・・(6)
Xdisp=Xa+DsinA・cosB・・・・(7)
Ydisp=Ya+DsinA・sinB・・・・(8)
Zdisp=Za+Zo+DcosA ・・・・(9)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a tunnel lining inspection method in which an acoustic elastic wave is injected into a tunnel lining structure to detect an abnormal portion present inside.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In conventional tunnel lining inspection methods, hammering inspection using a hammer is performed. This is to detect defects inside the lining by impact elastic waves generated when the tunnel lining surface is struck with a hammer. In this case, the maintenance staff equipped with the hammer moves to the lining position to be inspected on the measuring vehicle or on foot. Then, a hammer is shaken on the bucket of the measuring vehicle or on a scaffold assembled at the target point, and the state of the lining is determined from the hitting sound.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional tunnel lining inspection method has been carried out as described above, so that maintenance personnel manually hammer the hammer, making it difficult to perform hammering with a constant force. Due to the large amount of experience and intuition, there was a problem that the diagnostic results could not be grasped quantitatively.
In addition, the striking position is marked directly on the striking point with a chalk or the like, but the position from the relevant joint is recorded in a notebook etc. as a rough estimate, and is transferred to a management drawing such as a tunnel development drawing at the filling station after the hammering is completed. There was a problem that the identification of the striking point was not clear.
[0004]
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and by calculating the reflected energy level of the acoustic elastic wave injected into the tunnel lining, the state inside the tunnel lining can be quantitatively determined. The object is to provide a tunnel lining inspection method that can be grasped.
Furthermore, it aims at providing the tunnel lining inspection method which can improve the precision of a search position by detecting the position of the acoustic probe from the predetermined position used as a reference point.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A tunnel lining inspection method according to the present invention is a tunnel lining inspection in which an acoustic elastic wave is injected from a sound probe into a tunnel lining structure to detect an abnormal portion existing inside the tunnel lining structure. In the method, the acoustic probe is arranged on an arm mechanism mounted on a measurement vehicle capable of traveling on a track passing through a tunnel, and is measured by a distance from the origin on the track, a reference marking, or a measurement vehicle from a reference position. Based on the displacement information of the acoustic probe and the displacement information of the acoustic probe from the reference point on the measurement vehicle, the probe position of the acoustic probe is measured and the acoustic probe is positioned. An acoustic elastic wave is injected, and the reflected energy level of the acoustic elastic wave is calculated corresponding to the search position to determine the internal state of the tunnel lining.
In addition, the lining position is detected, displayed, and recorded.
The calculation result is displayed and recorded.
The reflected energy level is displayed as a bar graph.
In addition, a plurality of search positions having the same reflected energy level are displayed with contour lines.
[0006]
Further, the arm mechanism is a joint arm mechanism having a degree of freedom of one axis or a plurality of axes, and a search that is planned in advance by a playback based on a preprogrammed teaching program or a program in which a measurement operation is programmed in advance. It is positioned at a position.
Further, the acoustic probe is shifted by a width of the measurement range determined from the directivity angle of the acoustic elastic wave and the measurement depth, or a distance narrower than the width of the measurement range.

In an actual tunnel, it is necessary to measure a wider area than the measurement range performed on the bucket. For this reason, an operator moves a bucket to the next measurement location and continues work. Here, the search position will be described. The search position is calculated based on the kilometer, the reference marking, and the displacement information from the reference position. Since the kilometer is managed in units of the origin on the track, the absolute position of the

y = Ykilo + Yref + Ydisp (5)
z = Zkilo + Zref + Zdisp (6)
FIG. 8 shows an example of the relationship between these reference points and search positions. In FIG. 8, Xkilo, Ykilo, and Zkilo indicate coordinates about a kilometer of the measurement vehicle position. Xref, Yref, Zref are reference point coordinates of the joint arm mechanism, and Xdisp, Ydisp, Zdisp are displacement coordinates from the reference point coordinates to the acoustic probe position. The acoustic probe positions are x, y, and z.
Here, the subscript “kilo” indicates coordinates in kilometer. ref represents the reference point coordinates of the joint arm mechanism, and disp represents the displacement coordinates from the reference point coordinates to the acoustic probe position.

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the acoustic exploration is based on the kilometer from the origin on the orbit, the reference marking, or the displacement information of the measurement vehicle from the reference position and the displacement information of the acoustic probe from the reference point on the measurement vehicle. The acoustic probe is positioned by measuring the probe's exploration position, the acoustic acoustic wave is injected from the acoustic probe that is in contact with the exploration position, and the reflected energy level of the acoustic elastic wave is calculated according to the exploration position. By determining the internal state of the tunnel lining, the internal state of the tunnel lining can be quantitatively grasped, so that the state of the tunnel lining can be managed as a temporal change. Moreover, since the acoustic probe can be easily moved by the measurement vehicle and the search position is measured based on the displacement information of the measurement vehicle and the acoustic probe, the accuracy of the search position can be improved.
Further, by detecting, displaying, and recording the lining position, it is possible to easily manage the deterioration of the tunnel lining.
In addition, by displaying and recording the calculation result, it is possible to easily manage the deterioration of the tunnel lining.
Further, the degree of deterioration can be easily confirmed by displaying the reflected energy level as a bar graph.
Further, by displaying a plurality of search positions having the same reflected energy level with contour lines, it is possible to easily grasp the internal state of the tunnel lining.
[0023]
Further, the arm mechanism is a joint arm mechanism having a degree of freedom of one axis or a plurality of axes, and a search that is planned in advance by a playback based on a preprogrammed teaching program or a program in which a measurement operation is programmed in advance. Since the acoustic probe is positioned at the position, the acoustic probe can be easily and accurately positioned at the search position.
In addition, the acoustic probe can be efficiently measured within the measurement depth by shifting the measurement range determined by the acoustic angle of the acoustic acoustic wave and the measurement depth, or by a distance shorter than the measurement range. Can do.
