Description

本発明は床形成方法および床形成構造に関する。さらに詳しくは、コンクリートスラブと梁とを一体化してなる床形成方法および床形成構造に関する。
従来より、梁100の剛性や耐力の向上を図る観点から、図4に示すように、梁100の上フランジ101にスタッドボルト120を植設し、このスタッドボルト120をコンクリートスラブ130に固着してコンクリートスラブ130を梁100に一体化してなる合成梁Bが知られている。
しかしながら、かかる合成梁Bにおいては、コンクリートスラブ130と梁100との分離が困難であるため、梁100の再利用が困難であるという問題がある。この問題は、循環型社会構造の構築が急務とされている現状において、大きな問題となっている。
本発明はかかる従来技術の課題に鑑みなされたものであって、コンクリートスラブと梁との分離が容易になし得る床形成方法および床形成構造を提供することを目的としている。
本発明の床形成方法は、梁を柱に接合する手順と、スラブ受け部材を梁に接合して組立材となす手順と、コンクリートスラブ形成領域に対応させて型枠を形成する手順と、前記コンクリートスラブ形成領域に鉄筋を配筋する手順と、前記型枠内にコンクリートを打設する手順と、所定の養生の後、脱型する手順とを含んでいることを特徴とする。
本発明によれば、梁とコンクリートスラブとの分離が容易となり、しかも梁の再利用が可能となるという優れた効果が得られる。
以下、添付図面を参照しながら本発明を実施形態に基づいて説明するが、本発明はかかる実施形態のみに限定されるものではない。
本発明の一実施形態に係る床形成方法が適用されてなる床形成構造を図1に概略図で示す。
床形成構造Kは、図1に示すように、梁1と、コンクリートスラブ2と、梁1とコンクリートスラブ2との間に介装されるスラブ受け部材3とを主要構成要素として備えてなるものとされる。
梁1は、上フランジ1aにスタッドボルトが植設されておらず、かつスラブ受け部材3を固定するためのボルト挿通孔(図示省略)が上フランジ1a設けられている他は、従来の梁と同様とされている。なお、符号1bは下フランジを示す。
コンクリートスラブ2は、スラブ受け部材3に植設されたスタッドボルト4が固着されることによりスラブ受け部材3に一体化されている他は、従来のコンクリートスラブと同様とされている。なお、符号2aは鉄筋を示す。
スラブ受け部材3は、上フランジ3aの幅が下フランジ3bの幅より狭くされた異形H型鋼を補強リブ5により補強してなるものとされ、上フランジ3aに例えば200mm〜400mmピッチでスタッドボルト4が植設されている。このスラブ受け部材3の梁1へのボルト・ナット留めは、いわゆるS基準で組立材とみなされるピッチでなされる。つまり、細長比が50以下となるようなピッチでボルト・ナット留めがなされる。
図2および図3に、スラブ受け部材3の端部を示す。図2および図3に示すように、スラブ受け部材3は、柱Cとは接合されずに縁切りがなされている。なお、図3に示す例においては、スラブ受け部材3の下フランジ3bが梁1と柱Cの仕口との接合部における目板に兼用されている。
次に、かかる構成とされている床形成構造Kの施工について説明する。
手順1:梁1を柱Cに接合する。
手順2:梁1にスラブ受け部材3をボルト・ナット留めにて接合して組立材となす。
手順3:コンクリートスラブ2形成領域に対応させて定法にて型枠を形成する。
手順4:定法にてコンクリートスラブ2を形成する領域に鉄筋2aを配筋する。
手順5:型枠内にコンクリートを打設する。
手順6:所定の養生の後、脱型する。
これらの一連の手順により、梁1にコンクリートスラブ2が一体化された床形成構造Kが完成する。
また、この床形成構造Kの解体においては、スラブ受け部材3のボルト・ナット留めを解除することにより、コンクリートスラブ2を梁1から分離させる。
このように、本実施形態においては、梁1とコンクリートスラブ2との間にスラブ受け部材3を梁1とボルト・ナット留めにて介装するようにしているので、コンクリートスラブ2の梁1からの分離が、梁1の再利用可能な状態でなし得る。また、梁1とスラブ受け部材3とが組立材とされているので、梁1の撓みを小さくすることができる。この効果は、梁1のスパンが長大化した場合に特に有効となる。
なお、コンクリートスラブ2もブロック化しておけば、コンクリートスラブ2とスラブ受け部材3とが一体化されているので、コンクリートスラブ2およびスラブ受け部材3の再利用も可能となる。
以上、本発明を実施形態に基づいて説明してきたが、本発明はかかる実施形態のみに限定されるものではなく、種々改変が可能である。例えば、実施形態ではスラブ受け部材3は異形H型鋼とされているが、上下フランジの幅が等しい通常のH型鋼とされてもよい。
本発明は、コンクリートスラブが用いられている床に適用できる。

  1. 梁を柱に接合する手順と、
    スタッドボルトを有するスラブ受け部材を梁に接合して組立材となす手順と、
    コンクリートスラブ形成領域に対応させて型枠を形成する手順と、
    前記コンクリートスラブ形成領域に鉄筋を配筋する手順と、
    型枠内にコンクリートを打設する手順と、
    所定の養生の後、脱型する手順
    とを含んでいることを特徴とする床形成方法。
