Description

The present invention relates to a pachinko machine having a function of stopping a symbol being displayed on a screen by holding a hand over a non-contact sensor disposed on the front surface of a game board.

Conventionally, a pachinko machine has a configuration in which a player operates a switch in order to change the game. For example, there are a contact type touch sensor disposed at a position where a player can easily operate on a game board, and a non-contact type sensor using a photoelectric element. These sensors are generally provided for the purpose of stopping a symbol being displayed on the game board screen.
The touch sensor detects that the player has directly touched the sensor with his / her hand, and an active symbol is stopped by this detection.

The non-contact type sensor is for stopping a symbol in operation in the same manner as described above when a player holds his hand in front of the sensor, and is attached as shown in FIG. 4, for example. That is, a base 13 for mounting a non-contact type sensor is disposed in the area of the front left corner of the game board 11 of the pachinko machine, and the non-contact type sensor 15 is fixed to the base 13.
This non-contact type sensor 15 emits light from the light emitting element 15a and emits it to the outside as shown by a broken line arrow in the cross-sectional view of the non-contact type sensor 15 portion of the game board 11 shown in FIG. When the radiated light is reflected by the hand 19, the reflected light is received by the light receiving element 15 b to perform a switching operation (switch-on). The symbol operation is stopped by this switching operation.

An example of this type of conventional pachinko machine is disclosed in Patent Document 1.

By the way, in the conventional pachinko machine, when the game board 11 is installed in the pachinko parlor, as shown in FIG. 6, the board surface 11a of the game board 11 is predetermined with respect to the vertical line 21 perpendicular to the horizontal floor surface. It is installed so that the ball flows down on the board surface 11a by inclining so as to intersect at an angle θ = about 1 degree and tilting obliquely upward.
However, when the panel surface 11a is installed so as to be obliquely upward in this way, the light emitting / receiving surface 15d of the non-contact sensor 15 fixed to the panel surface 11a is also obliquely upward, so that it is fixed to the ceiling 22 ( Alternatively, light indicated by broken-line arrows from the fluorescent lamp 23 arranged on the ceiling 22 side is incident on the light emitting / receiving surface 15d at an angle at which it is likely to be in a light receiving state. For this reason, there is a problem that the non-contact type sensor 15 easily receives light from the fluorescent lamp 23 and malfunctions.

In addition, when the symbol is in operation, if the non-contact type sensor 15 malfunctions as described above even though the player is not holding his / her hand, the symbol in operation is stopped against the player's intention. There is a problem that a malfunction of a predetermined pachinko game occurs.
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and prevents a non-contact type sensor using a photoelectric element from malfunctioning due to light from an external light source such as a fluorescent lamp disposed on the ceiling side. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a pachinko machine that can prevent a malfunction of a predetermined pachinko game unintended by the player.

In order to achieve the above object, a pachinko machine according to claim 1 of the present invention is a light emitting element that emits light, and a light receiving element that receives reflected light reflected by a player's reflection operation with respect to the light emitted from the light emitting element. Element, light receiving voltage generating means for generating a light receiving voltage based on light received by the light receiving element, and switching operation when the light receiving voltage generated by the light receiving voltage generating means exceeds a preset reference voltage a switching means for performing a non-contact type sensor having, based on the switching operation by the non-contact sensor, and operation control means for controlling a predetermined operation of the pachinko, pachinko machine provided with, the operation of the inspector and settable sensitivity control means said reference voltage in response, when the setting of the reference voltage by the sensitivity control means is carried out, before according to the inspection of the operator Interlock means for interlocking in a state where pachinko games are not possible, and the reference voltage set by the sensitivity control means exceeds the light reception voltage generated when the player's reflection operation is not performed In this case, a notification means for performing a notification operation is provided.

However, although the reflection operation is assumed to be a human hand, any object that reflects light other than the hand may be used.
According to this configuration, the light receiving sensitivity adjustment is performed so that the non-contact type sensor does not react when receiving light from an external light source other than the reflected light of the emitted light in a state where the interlock is controlled so that the pachinko game is impossible. can do. That is, the light receiving sensitivity can be adjusted in a safe state. In addition, since the completion of the adjustment is notified to the person, the light receiving sensitivity can be adjusted reliably.

The pachinko machine according to claim 2 of the present invention further comprises a door that can be opened and closed according to claim 1, and the sensitivity control means includes an operation means capable of setting the reference voltage in accordance with an operation of the inspector. And the operating means is disposed inside the door, and the interlock means interlocks the pachinko game in a state where the pachinko game is not possible when the door is opened by the operation of the inspector. It is characterized by.

According to this configuration, since the operation means is disposed on the inner side of the door, it is possible to prevent the player operates freely. Further, since the interlock is always applied when the door is opened when performing the light receiving sensitivity adjustment, the light receiving sensitivity adjustment can be performed in an appropriate state that does not cause a problem with the pachinko machine. Further, since the light receiving sensitivity can be easily adjusted by the operating means, it can be performed for each pachinko machine even after shipment.

As described above, according to the present invention, a non-contact type sensor using a photoelectric element can be prevented from malfunctioning due to light from an external light source such as a fluorescent lamp arranged on the ceiling side. There is an effect that it is possible to prevent malfunction of a predetermined pachinko game unintended by the player.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. However, parts corresponding to each other in all the drawings in this specification are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description of the overlapping parts will be omitted as appropriate.
(Embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a configuration of a pachinko machine according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In the pachinko machine body 25 shown in FIG. 1, a non-contact sensor 30 is disposed on the board surface (front surface) 11a of the game board 11 as described with reference to FIG. A sensitivity adjustment volume 33, an inspection LED (Light emitting diode) 35, and an interlock switch 37 are provided inside the upper plate door 31 that is positioned.

The non-contact sensor 30 has a circuit as shown in FIG. However, in FIG. 2, a light emitting diode is assumed as the light emitting element 15a, and a photocoupler is assumed as the light receiving element 15b. Hereinafter, the light emitting element 15a may be referred to as the light emitting diode 15a, and the light receiving element 15b may be referred to as the photocoupler 15b.
The light emitting diode 15a is connected between the power source Vcc and the ground GND with the resistor 41 connected to the anode side, and the photocoupler 15b is connected between the power source Vcc and the ground GND with the resistor 42 connected to the emitter side. It is connected to the.

The photocoupler 15 b and the resistor 42 are connected to a non-inverting input terminal (+) of a comparator 43 using an operational amplifier, and the inverting input terminal (−) of the comparator 43 is a sliding of the variable resistor 44. It is connected to the electrode part 44a. The variable resistor 44 is connected between the power supply Vcc and the ground GND in parallel with the photocoupler 15 b, and a resistor 45 is connected between the power supply Vcc and the output terminal of the comparator 43. Further, the output terminal of the comparator 43 is connected to the main control unit 51 shown in FIG. 3 of the pachinko machine, and an ON signal output from the comparator 43 when the switching operation of the non-contact sensor 30 is turned on. It is output to the main control unit 51.

The sliding electrode portion 44a of the variable resistor 44 is connected to the sensitivity adjustment volume 33, and the resistance value changes when the sensitivity adjustment volume 33 is manually turned by an inspector, and the threshold value of the comparator 43 is changed accordingly. The voltage changes. As a feature of the present embodiment, by varying the threshold voltage in this way, the comparator 43 does not turn on (does not react) when receiving light of an external light source other than the reflected light reflected from the light emitting diode 15a. That is, it is possible to prevent the non-contact sensor 30 from being in a detection state.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, an interlock switch 37 is connected to the main control unit 51. When the upper plate door 31 is opened, the interlock switch 37 is turned on, and this on signal The main control unit 51 that has received the control controls the pachinko game to an impossible state.
In the state where this pachinko game is impossible, if the sensitivity adjustment volume 33 is gradually lowered as described above and the comparator 43 becomes in a state where it does not respond to light reception of an external light source other than the reflected light of the emitted light, the inspection LED 35 Lights up. As shown in FIG. 3, the lighting LED 35 is connected to the production control unit 53, and the main control unit 51 performs the lighting control via the production control unit 53.

The operation at the time of adjusting the light receiving sensitivity of the non-contact type sensor 30 in the pachinko machine having such a configuration will be described.
For example, as described in the conventional example during the pachinko game, the non-contact type sensor 30 reacts to the light from the external light source and malfunctions even though the player does not hold his hand. Suppose that there is a problem that an operating symbol stops unintentionally.
In this case, the light reception sensitivity is adjusted by the inspector. First, the upper plate door 31 is unlocked and opened. As a result, the interlock switch 37 is turned on, and the main control unit 51 that has received this on signal controls the pachinko game to be impossible.

Next, the inspector gradually lowers the sensitivity adjustment volume 33 so that the non-contact sensor 30 does not respond in a state where the hand is not held in front of the sensor 30. That is, when the sensitivity adjustment volume 33 is gradually lowered, the resistance value of the variable resistor 44 changes, and the threshold voltage of the comparator 43 changes accordingly. When the threshold voltage becomes a voltage at which the comparator 43 does not react in the current light receiving state of the external light source other than the reflected light of the emitted light, the main control unit 51 turns on the inspection LED 35.

The inspector who has confirmed this lighting closes and locks the upper plate door 31. As a result, the interlock switch 37 is turned off, and the main control unit 51 that receives the interlock switch 37 returns to the original state in which the pachinko game is possible.
As described above, according to the pachinko machine of the present embodiment, the sensitivity adjustment volume 33 allows the external light source other than the reflected light of the emitted light to be applied in a state where the interlock is controlled so that the pachinko game is impossible. It is possible to adjust the light receiving sensitivity so that the non-contact sensor 30 does not react when receiving light.
Thereby, even if the non-contact type sensor 30 receives the light of the external light source, no malfunction occurs, so that the non-contact type sensor malfunctions due to the malfunction of the conventional non-contact type sensor, etc. Malfunctions of pachinko games can be prevented.

Further, since the upper plate door 31 is always opened when adjusting the light receiving sensitivity, the interlock switch 37 is always turned on when the door is opened, and the pachinko game is impossible. Further, since the upper plate door 31 is locked, it is possible to prevent the player from operating it without permission. That is, it is possible to adjust the light receiving sensitivity so as not to bother the player and to avoid a disadvantageous state for the pachinko parlor. Even after shipment, it can be performed for each pachinko machine.
Further, when the non-contact type sensor 30 has an appropriate light receiving sensitivity as described above by adjusting the light receiving sensitivity, the inspection LED 35 is turned on, so that the inspector can easily confirm it. This confirmation means may provide not only the inspection LED 35 but also a device that performs an output that can be recognized by a person, such as a device that generates sound.
