Description
(a)モータを交流用の供給電圧に、モータをオン及びオフに切り換えるための第1電子スイッチ(制御スイッチ)を介して第2電子スイッチ(回路ブレーカ)と直列に接続するステップと、
(b)制御スイッチの両端の電位を監視するステップと、
(c)スイッチの両方がオフ状態にあるとき、制御スイッチの両端の電位が所定閾値範囲外の値をとる場合、スイッチをブロックするステップと、
(d)スイッチの両方がオフ状態にあるとき、制御スイッチの両端の電位が閾値範囲内にある場合、最初に回路ブレーカをオンに切り換えるステップと、
(e)制御スイッチの両端の電位が閾値範囲外の値をとる場合、制御スイッチをオンに切り換えるステップと、
(f)制御スイッチの両端の電位が閾値範囲外の値をとらない場合、両方のスイッチをブロックするステップと、
を含む方法で達成される。
(a)モータを供給電圧に、ヒューズとモータをオン及びオフに切り換えるための第1電子スイッチ(制御スイッチ)とを介して接続し、第2電子スイッチ(回路ブレーカ)を供給電圧にヒューズを介して接続するステップと、
(b)制御スイッチをオンに切り換える前に、最初に回路ブレーカをブロックして、回路ブレーカを励起して制御電流を試験することにより、回路ブレーカが働くかかを試験するステップと、
(c)回路ブレーカの励起が適正に働いていることがわかった場合、回路ブレーカのブロックを除去し、かつモータをオンに切り換えるために制御スイッチをオンに切り換えるステップと、
(d)ステップ(b)の途中で故障が検出された場合、制御スイッチの励起をブロックするステップと、
(e)制御スイッチでの電圧降下を監視し、制御スイッチをオフに切り換えたときの電圧降下が、所定閾値を超えて増加しない場合、ヒューズを引きはずすために回路ブレーカをトリガするステップと、
を含む方法で達成される。
Claims (4)
- 直巻きモータ、特に工作機械用の直巻きモータであって、ヒューズ(56)を有し、このヒューズを介して電機子(12)が第1電子スイッチ(制御スイッチ)(14)を介して供給電圧に接続され、それにより、モータ(10c)をオン及びオフに切り換えることができ、電機子(12)及び制御スイッチ(14)に並列に接続され、故障の際にヒューズ(56)を引きはずすことができる第2電子スイッチ(回路ブレーカ)(16)を有し、スイッチ(14、16)に結合された電子コントローラ(18)、好ましくはマイクロプロセッサを有し、回路ブレーカ(16)をブロックし、かつブロック状態で回路ブレーカ(16)の機能を試験するための手段(16)と、制御スイッチ(14)での電圧降下を分析する監視回路(20)であって、その出力信号が電子コントローラ(18)に供給され、監視回路(16)が制御スイッチ(14)の故障を記録した場合、回路ブレーカ(16)がヒューズ(56)を引きはずすことを強制する監視回路(20)とを有する、直巻きモータ。
- 回路ブレーカ(16)をその制御電流の測定によって試験するために導通させることができるトランジスタ(60)が、そのエミッタ及びコレクタで制御端子(28)と回路ブレーカ(16)の主端子(44)との間に接続され、回路ブレーカ(16)の試験中にヒューズ(56)が引きはずされることを防止するようにした、請求項1に記載の直巻きモータ。
- スイッチ(14、16)は、トライアックとして具現される、請求項1又は2に記載の直巻きモータ。
- 直巻きモータ、好ましくは工作機械用の直巻きモータを制御する方法であって、
(a)電機子(12)を供給電圧に、ヒューズ(56)とモータをオン及びオフに切り換えるための第1電子スイッチ(制御スイッチ)(14)とを介して接続し、第2電子スイッチ(回路ブレーカ)(16)を供給電圧にヒューズ(56)を介して接続するステップと、
(b)制御スイッチ(14)をオンに切り換える前に、最初に回路ブレーカ(16)をブロックして、回路ブレーカ(16)を励起させて制御電流を試験することにより、回路ブレーカ(16)が働くかを試験するステップと、
(c)回路ブレーカ(16)が適正に働いていることがわかった場合、回路ブレーカ(16)のブロックを除去し、かつモータをオンに切り換えるために制御スイッチ(14)をオンに切り換えるステップと、
(d)ステップ(b)の途中で故障が検出された場合、スイッチ(14、16)を強制的にオフ状態に入れるステップと、
(e)制御スイッチ(14)での電圧降下を監視し、制御スイッチ(14)をオフに切り換えたときの電圧降下が、所定閾値を超えて増加しない場合、ヒューズ(56)を引きはずすために回路ブレーカ(16)をトリガするステップと、
を含む方法。
