Description
<炭ボードの製造>
多孔質炭素材料炭ボード製造のための炭は、韓国の江原道原州産オリエンタルオーク(ブナ科コナラ属の落葉高木で、学名は Quercus variabilis)ファインチャコール(fine charcoal)を使用した。
前記製造された炭ボードに紋様を印刷した薄紙を接着させた。印刷したパターン薄紙(Pattern Thin Paper)は、坪量が35g/m2、紙の厚さが0.04mmだった。接着剤はポリビニールアセテート樹脂エマルジョン(不揮発分:42%)で塗布量は160g/m2で加熱温度130℃、加圧力10kg/cm2、熱圧時間2分で製造して、これを図1に現わした。
<化学纎維不織布が附着された炭ボードの製造>
実施例1と同じ方法で混合型炭ボード(ファインチャコールボード)を製造し、ポリプロピレン不織布を接着させた。不織布は坪量が30g/m2、厚さは0.12mm、空隙率が39.3%だった。接着剤はポリビニールアセテートエマルジョン(不揮発分:42%)で塗布量は80g/m2で加熱温度100℃、加圧力10kg/cm2、熱圧時間2分で製造し、それを図2に現わした。
比較例1は本発明の実施例1と等しい重さの炭(ファインチャコール)をそのまま使った。比較例2は実施例1及び実施例2と等しい方法で製造して一側面に印刷薄紙や不織布を積層してない炭ボードを利用して実験した。
前記実施例1及び2と比較例1及び2を利用して測定容器内に配置して、エチレンガスの吸着機能を測定し、下記の表1に現わした。
*2:測定容器に炭ボード(大きさ:5cm×5cm×0.35cm)を入れて表面だけにガスが吸着されるようにして、時間による容器のエチルレンガスの残存濃度変化、ppm単位、測定数値が少ないのがガスを多く吸着したことである。
*3:実施例1の方法によって製造した炭ボード
前記実施例1及び2と比較例2を利用して接着による炭ボードの物理・機械的性質を測定して、下記表2に現わした。表2で炭ボード及び炭ボード積層体の厚さは3.5mmで一定に製作した。
前記実施例1及び2と比較例2を利用して接着による炭ボードの遠赤外線放射率を測定し、下記表3に現わした。
前記実施例1及び比較例2を利用して接着による炭ボードの平面材料の平面波による電磁波遮断効果を下記の条件によって測定し、下記表4に現わした。
1)実験環境:24±2℃、43±5%R.H
2)試験方法:ASTM D4935−89
Claims (4)
- 炭が持っている機能を維持しつつ、ガス吸着効果、飾り性及び機能性に優れた炭ボード積層体の製造方法であって、
炭パーティクルと接着剤を混合し、その混合物を150〜200℃の温度且つ5〜40kgf/cm2の圧力条件で3回以上加圧することで、炭ボードを製造する工程と、
炭ボードの一側に100〜300g/m2の水性ビニール系接着剤を塗布する工程と、
前記接着剤層上に、坪量15〜35g/m2、厚さ0.02〜0.08mmの印刷された薄紙を積層する工程と、
積層体を100〜150℃、5〜15kgf/cm2で加熱・加圧する工程とを備えている炭ボード積層体の製造方法。 - 前記水性ビニール系接着剤がポリビニールアセテートエマルジョン接着剤であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の炭ボード積層体の製造方法。

炭ボードの一側に100〜300g/m2の水性ビニール系接着剤を塗布する工程と、
前記接着剤層上に、坪量20〜40g/m2、厚さ0.05〜0.30mm、空隙率30〜50%の化学纎維不織布を積層する工程と、
積層体を100〜150℃、5〜15kgf/cm2で加熱・加圧する工程とを備えている炭ボード積層体の製造方法. - 前記水性ビニール系接着剤がポリビニールアセテートエマルジョン接着剤であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の炭ボード積層体の製造方法。
