Claims (3)
- タイヤ組立てドラム上のトレッドまたはトレッドベルト補強組立体の組立および移送方法であって、該方法を実行するための装置が、
中心軸と、該中心軸に対して半径方向に拡大および収縮可能な部分とを有し、前記中心軸を中心に回転するように取り付けられる支持手段と、
前記支持手段に接続し、該支持手段を前記中心軸を中心として回転させる駆動手段と、
前記支持手段に取り外し可能に取り付けられ、前記中心軸を中心とした環状のタイヤ組立て面を形成し、前記支持手段に対する取り付けおよび取り外しの間は前記中心軸に平行な方向に滑動運動するように取り付けられた複数のタイヤ組立て面のセグメントと、
複数の半径方向支持要素を有する移送手段であって、前記各半径方向支持要素が、前記中心軸に平行な方向への移動によって、前記複数のタイヤ組立て面のセグメントの対応する1つのセグメントと係合するようにされているとともに、前記支持手段が収縮したときに、前記複数のタイヤ組立て面のセグメントの前記対応する1つのセグメントを半径方向に支持するようになっている移送手段と、を有し、
前記方法が、
半径方向に収縮可能な前記組立てドラム上に、少なくとも1つの未硬化のトレッド部材を張り付けることと、
複数のトレッド形成セグメントが半径方向に拡げられた、セグメント化された開いた型内に、前記少なくとも1つの未硬化のトレッド部材と半径方向に収縮可能な前記組立てドラムとを挿入することと、
前記複数のトレッド形成セグメントを収縮させ、前記少なくとも1つの未硬化のトレッド部材に前記複数のトレッド形成セグメントを押し込むことと、
前記組立てドラムを収縮させることと、
前記組立てドラムを取り外し、それによって前記少なくとも1つの未硬化のトレッド部材を前記型内に移すことと、
を含む、タイヤ組立てドラム上のトレッドまたはトレッドベルト補強組立体の組立および移送方法。 - トレッドまたはトレッドベルト補強組立体の組立および移送装置であって、
中心軸と、該中心軸に対して半径方向に拡大および収縮可能な部分とを有し、前記中心軸を中心に回転するように取り付けられる支持手段と、
前記支持手段に接続し、該支持手段を前記中心軸を中心として回転させる駆動手段と、
前記支持手段に取り外し可能に取り付けられ、前記中心軸を中心とした環状のタイヤ組立て面を形成し、前記支持手段に対する取り付けおよび取り外しの間は前記中心軸に平行な方向に滑動運動するように取り付けられた複数のタイヤ組立て面のセグメントと、
複数の半径方向支持要素を有する移送手段であって、前記各半径方向支持要素が、前記中心軸に平行な方向への移動によって、前記複数のタイヤ組立て面のセグメントの対応する1つのセグメントと係合するようにされているとともに、前記支持手段が収縮したときに前記複数のタイヤ組立て面のセグメントの前記対応する1つのセグメントを半径方向に支持するようになっている移送手段と、
を有する、トレッドまたはトレッドベルト補強組立体の組立および移送装置。 - 前記支持手段を半径方向に拡大させ収縮させる手段と、
前記支持手段上に取り付けられた前記複数のタイヤ組立て面のセグメント上に取り付けられたままの前記トレッドまたはトレッドベルト組立体を受け入れる手段であって、該手段は半径方向に移動可能なトレッド形成セグメントを備えたセグメント化された型である手段と、をさらに有する、請求項2に記載のトレッドまたはトレッドベルト補強組立体の組立および移送装置。
