Claims (4)
- パンチ部と、ダイ部と、前記パンチ部に組み込まれた貫通ナット送り装置と、プレス部とを備えた、シムが不要なナット貫通用工具において、
前記パンチ部は、貫通ナットホルダーを有し、
前記貫通ナット送り装置は、前記貫通ナットホルダーに貫通ナットを送るよう設けられ、
前記貫通ナットが、前記パンチ部と前記ダイ部との間に挿入された金属薄板に孔をパンチし、前記金属薄板に前記貫通ナットが固定され、
前記プレス部は、前記パンチ部をダイ部に対して押圧し、前記貫通ナットが前記パンチ部と前記ダイ部との間に挿入された金属薄板に孔をパンチし、前記金属薄板に固定されるよう設けられ、
ガスバネが、前記プレス部と前記パンチ部との間に配置され、
前記1つのガスバネは、複数のシリンダ及び前記シリンダ内で移動可能に配置され且つ前記プレス部と整列されたピストンを有し、前記複数のシリンダは圧縮空気の送り源によって加圧できるように互いに連結され、
前記シリンダは、ガスにより加圧され、前記ピストンが前記シリンダ内で移動するよう設けられ、
前記ピストンは、前記シリンダ内での最大行程が約12mmであり、
前記シリンダ内の圧力が、前記パンチ部によって貫通ナットに加えられる圧力を調整するために設定可能であり、
前記ピストンは、0.1mmを超え最大1.5mmまでの減衰運動をすることを特徴とするナット貫通用工具。 - 前記プレス部が、少なくとも3つのシリンダ及び少なくとも3つのピストンを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナット貫通用工具。
- 前記シリンダが、一列に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のナット貫通用工具。
- 前記ピストンが、前記パンチ部によって貫通ナットに加えられる圧力を調整するよう設けられた表面積を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のナット貫通用工具。
