Claims (2)
- 液体を入れる容器と、
前記容器に設けられ、アース電位となる第2電極と、
前記第2電極とで対となる第1電極と、
高周波発振をおこなうクリスタル発振器を備えた発振回路と、
前記発振回路から前記第1電極に電位を印加するための第1供給回路と、
前記第1電極の電位を測定する検知回路と、
前記第1供給回路と並列に設けられた第2供給回路と、
前記第2供給回路から直接電力が供給される基準回路と、
前記検知回路と基準回路との電位の差分を出力する比較回路と、
を含む液面レベル測定装置であって、
前記検知回路と前記基準回路、および、前記第1供給回路と前記第2供給回路とが同じ回路構成であり、
前記第1供給回路と前記第2供給回路とは、インバータが内蔵されたCMOSのICを複数備え、複数の該ICを並列接続することによってCMOSバッファが構成され、
前記比較回路が出力する差分が前記第1電極の電位である
液面レベル測定装置。 - 前記比較回路が出力する前記差分のノイズを除去するために、ツェナーダイオードを含むフィルタ回路を設け、車載された請求項1に記載の液面レベル測定装置。
