Claims (4)
- 低圧側の一次コイル(4)、高圧側の二次コイル(6)及び芯(8、10)を含み、
前記一次コイル(4)が、回路基板(2)の銅シート、リッツ導体巻線およびワニス配線の少なくとも一つを含んで構成され、
該二次コイル(6)のコイル層(16)が金属箔で形成されて重ねて巻回され、層間の層の面方向に絶縁箔(18)を有し、
前記二次コイル(6)の高さは、前記コイル層(16)の巻回方向における前記二次コイル(6)の幅の5分の1未満であることを特徴とする平面高電圧変圧器デバイス。 - 前記一次コイル(4)は前記銅シートで形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 前記芯(8、10)が芯上部(8)と芯下部(10)とより成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 前記芯(8、10)が強磁性体で作られていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のデバイス。
