Description
実験は円形断面を有するポリビニールクロリド管系を用いて実行された。図1に示されるパラメータを参照すると、この管系は12mmの外径DE、8mmの内径DI、及び2mmの壁厚を有する。管系は、45mmのピッチP、8°の螺旋角θを有して螺旋へ巻かれている。振幅Aは、管系を二つの直線縁の間に置き、直線縁の間の空間を測定することにより確立された。振幅は掃引幅Wから外径DEを引くことにより決定される。
即ち、
A=(W−DE)/2
この例では掃引幅Wは14mmであるから、
A=(W−DE)/2=(14−12)/2=1mm
上述したように、「相対振幅」ARは以下のように定義される。
この例の場合においては、従って、
AR=A/DI=1/8=0.125
水は管系に沿って通過する。流れ特性を観察する目的で、配管壁を半径方向に通過する二つの針80及び82が、流れへ可視的な色素を注入するように用いられている。注入サイトは中心軸30の近傍、即ち流れの「核」である。一方の針80は赤インク、他方の針82は青インクを注入する。
この例のパラメータは、針80及び82がインクフィラメント84及び86を管系の壁近傍で開放するように配置されていることを除いては、例1のそれと同様である。図15は壁近傍のインク開放、レイノルズ数REがそれぞれ500及び250の二つの実験結果を示す。両方の場合において、インクフィラメントは螺旋管系形状に倣い、壁近傍渦を示すことが見てとれるであろう。更に、インクフィラメントと水との混合が促進されている。
Claims (11)
- 移植片であって、流通内腔を規定する管系部分を有する流通管系を備え、前記管系部分の前記流通内腔は隆起又は溝を実質的に有さず、この流通内腔の中心線は45°以下の螺旋角度を有する実質的に螺旋状の経路に追従すると共に、その螺旋の振幅は前記管系部分の内径の半分以下である移植片。
- 請求項1の移植片において、前記螺旋状の中心線の振幅を前記管系の内径で除すると少なくとも0.05である移植片。
- 請求項1又は2の移植片において、前記管系部分は前記流通内腔を規定する壁を含み、この壁は長手方向及び周方向に延出する螺旋部分を有することにより螺旋中心線の振幅の低減に抗する移植片。
- 請求項3の移植片において、前記螺旋部分が径方向において管系壁の隣接する部分よりも厚い移植片。
- 請求項3又は4の移植片において、前記螺旋部分が前記管系壁の隣接部分とは異なる材料から形成されている移植片。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の移植片において、螺旋角度は15°以下である移植片。
- 請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の移植片において、前記管系部分の前記流通内腔が実質的に円形断面である移植片。
- 請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の移植片において、前記管系部分が前記管系の全長の単に一部を形成する移植片。
- 請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の移植片において、前記管系部分は前記管系の実質的に全長に亘って延出する移植片。
- 請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の移植片において、前記管系部分の中心線は、湾曲した軸の周りの実質的に螺旋状の経路に追従する移植片。
- 請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の移植片において、薬事コーティングを含む移植片。
