"ENXERTO, E, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR O MESMO". Um enxerto compreendendo tubulação de fluxo, tendo uma parte de tubulação (1) definindo um lúmen de fluxo, o lúmen de fluxo de dita parte de tubulação sendo substancialmente livre de nervuras ou sulcos, em que a linha central do lúmen de fluxo segue um trajeto substancialmente helicoidal, com um ângulo de hélice menor do que ou igual a 65<198> e em que a amplitude (A) da hélice é menor do que ou igual a metade do diâmetro interno (Di) da parte de tubulação.
