Description

【0001】

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to improve the scratch resistance and abrasion resistance of the surface layer of the surface decorative sheet, thereby enhancing the durability of the decorative sheet. Another object of the present invention is to make it possible for a person who watches the expression on the printed layer constituting the surface decorative sheet to have a visual three-dimensional effect, thereby further enhancing the decorative effect of the surface decorative sheet.
[0005]
As used herein, the term “release agent” is as defined below. That is, the term “release agent” refers to a release agent such as silicone oil that is pre-applied to the mold in order to facilitate the separation of the plastic casting product from the mold and other known applications applicable to this purpose. Refers to the agent.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention increases the hardness of the surface layer of the surface decorative sheet and increases the slipping resistance of the surface layer of an object touching the surface layer, thereby providing scratch resistance and abrasion resistance. It is intended to increase. Therefore, the surface decorative sheet according to the present invention includes a printing layer on a printing substrate, a first coating layer on the printing layer, and a second coating layer on the first coating layer. The coating layer is made of a thermosetting resin or a radical polymerization resin, and the second coating layer is spherical with respect to 100 parts by weight of the binder made of the thermosetting resin or radical polymerization resin after drying and reaction. It is characterized by comprising a coating composition adjusted so that the glass beads are 20 to 100 parts by weight and the silicone release agent is 2 to 10 parts by weight. The thermosetting resin is a urea resin, melamine resin, phenol resin, epoxy resin, unsaturated polyester resin, alkyd resin, urethane resin, or alkyd resin and urea resin or melamine resin. Can be used, and the radical polymerization resin can be an ultraviolet curable resin or an electron beam curable resin. Furthermore, low alkaline glass can be used for the spherical glass beads.
