Claims (4)
- 射出機用ホットランナーシステムにおいて、
ノズル60と;
前記ノズル60のピストンガイドブッシュ90の上端を取り囲んで螺合され、マニホールド50の熱膨張による体積変化に対応するように、上端が前記マニホールド50のノズル取付け孔57の内径よりも小さな外径を持って前記ノズル取付け孔57に挿入されるマニホールドガイドブッシュ85と;
前記マニホールドガイドブッシュ85を前記ノズル取付け孔57に固定するために、前記マニホールドガイドブッシュ85の外周面を収容し、前記ノズル取付け孔57に締結される固定ブッシュ82と;
を備え、
前記マニホールドガイドブッシュ85の外径は、前記マニホールド50の熱膨張による体積変化を収容するように前記固定ブッシュ82の内径よりも小さく形成されるとともに、前記マニホールドガイドブッシュ85の先端には、前記マニホールド50の熱膨張による体積変化を収容するように前記ノズル取付け孔57の内径よりも小さな外径を有するフランジ86が形成され、このフランジ86は、前記ノズル取り付け孔57に締結される固定ブッシュ82の上面に係止され、
これにより前記マニホールド50の熱膨張による体積変化を収容し、前記ノズル60の軸方向に掛かる力の均衡を維持することが出来ることを特徴とする射出機用ホットランナーシステム。
- マニホールド50と、ノズル60と、マニホールドガイドブッシュ85と、固定ブッシュ82と、を有している請求項1に記載のホットランナーシステムであって、
マニホールド50が、内部を樹脂が移動するように伸びている樹脂注入孔56、及び該樹脂注入孔56の端部の外周面に設けられたノズル取付け孔57、を有し、
ノズル60が、該ノズル取り付け孔57内に挿入され、かつ前記マニホールド50のノズル取付け孔57に上端部が挿合されたピストンガイドブッシュ90を有しており、マニホールド50の樹脂注入孔56から射出された樹脂を、ピストンガイドブッシュ90を介して金型内部へ供給し、
マニホールドガイドブッシュ85が、前記ノズル60のピストンガイドブッシュ90の上端を取り囲んでそこへ螺合し、上端部が前記マニホールド50のノズル取付け孔57の内径より小さな外径を持し、これにより該上端部がマニホールド50のノズル取り付け孔57に挿入され、
固定ブッシュ82が、前記マニホールドガイドブッシュ85をマニホールド50のノズル取付け孔57を画定している内周面に固定するために、マニホールドガイドブッシュ85の外周面を収容し、マニホールド50のノズル取付け孔57を画定している内周面に螺合している、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出機用ホットランナーシステム。
- マニホールドガイドブッシュ85が先端部に前記ノズル60の上端部においてピストンガイドブッシュ90を包囲し螺合する拡径したフランジ86を有し、このフランジ86がマニホールド50のノズル取付け孔57を画定している内周面に螺合する固定ブッシュ82の上端に係止されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の射出機用ホットランナーシステム。
- 前記マニホールドガイドブッシュ85が、ピストンガイドブッシュ90との接触によりもたらされる熱損失を減らすため、ピストンガイドブッシュ90の外面との接触面積を減少させるように、マニホールドガイドブッシュ85の内周面にピストンガイドブッシュ90に接する複数の突条87を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2または3に記載の射出機用ホットランナーシステム。
