Description
−表面の機械的な平滑化によりホイールの前処理を行い、
−付着層(例えばクロームめっきする)、
−ラッカー塗装により被着された層、
−後続層の前処理及び良好な付着のためのプラズマエッチングプロセスをラッカー塗装により被着された層に行い、
−プラズマエッチングプロセスが行われた層上の、後続層の前処理及び良好な付着のための酸化物又は金属から成るPVD層、
−金属又は金属合金からなるPVD層、
−例えば電気めっきにより被着される銅、ニッケル、及びクロムを備えるクロム層システム、
による層構造がホイールに被着されることが提案される。
Claims (10)
- 軽金属又は軽金属合金から成る、自動車用のホイール(1)に、高光沢の被覆層を形成する方法において、次のステップ、すなわち、
−表面の機械的な平滑化によりホイール(1)の前処理を行い、
−ホイール(1)に付着層(2)を被着し、
−ラッカー塗装により被着されたベースラッカー層(3)及びベースラッカー層(3)上にラッカー塗装により被着された別のラッカー層(4)の内少なくともベースラッカー層(3)を有するラッカー塗装により被着された層(3,4)を設け、
−次いで、金属層(6)の、PVD法による被覆を行い、
−次いで、少なくとも1つの第1の層(8)と最終層としてのクロムから成る層(12)とを備えるクロム層システム(5)の少なくとも1つの第1の層(8)を電気めっきにより被着する
ステップを用いることを特徴とする、自動車用のホイール(1)に高光沢の被覆層を形成する方法。 - 付着層(2)の被着をクロムめっき又はリン酸塩処理により行う、請求項1記載の方法。
- 金属層(6)のPVD法による被覆前に、ラッカー塗装により被着された層(3,4)をエッチングし、金属層(6)の被覆後に、PVDプロセスで、金属、金属合金又は金属酸化物から成る中間層(7)を被着する、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- クロム層システム(5)の被着が次のステップから成っているようにする、すなわち、
−銅、半光沢ニッケル又はこれらの組合せから成る第1の層(8)の電気めっきによる被着を行い、
−光沢ニッケル又は電気伝導性ではない封入物(11)を有する微孔性のニッケル層(10)から成る少なくとも1つの第2の層(9)の電気めっきによる被着を行い、
−クロムから成る層(12)の電気めっきによる被着を行う、
ステップから成っているようにする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - クロム層システム(5)の被着が次のステップから成っているようにする、すなわち、
−銅、半光沢ニッケル又はこれらの組合せから成る第1の層(8)の電気めっきによる被着を行い、
−電気伝導性ではない封入物(11)を有する、ニッケルから成る微孔性の第2の層(10)の電気めっきによる被着を行い、
−クロムによるPVD被覆層(12)を設ける、
ステップから成っているようにする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 軽金属又は軽金属合金から成る、自動車用のホイールのための層システムであって、該層システムが、
−軽金属又は軽金属合金から成るホイール(1)と、
−ホイール(1)上の付着層(2)と、
−付着層(2)上の、ラッカーから成るベース層(3)と、
−ベース層(3)上の、PVD法による被覆により被着された金属層(6)と、
−金属層(6)上の、電気めっきにより被着された少なくとも1つの第1の層(8)並びに、最終層としてのクロムから成る層(12)を備えるクロム層システム(5)
とから成っていることを特徴とする、軽金属又は軽金属合金から成る、自動車用のホイールのための層システム。 - 付着層(2)が、クロム又はリン酸塩から成っている、請求項6記載の層システム。
- 金属層(6)が、金属又は金属酸化物から成っており、金属層(6)とクロム層システム(5)との間に、銅、ニッケル、又はこれらの金属の合金から成る別の中間層(7)が配置されている、請求項6又は7記載の層システム。
- クロム層システム(5)が、
−銅、半光沢ニッケル又はこれらの組合せから成る第1の層(8)と、
−光沢ニッケル及び電気伝導性ではない封入物(11)を有する微孔性のニッケル層(10)から成る、第1の層(8)上の少なくとも1つの第2の層と、
−前記第2の層上のクロム(12)から成る層と、
から成っている、請求項6から8までのいずれか1項記載の層システム。 - クロム層システムが、
−電気めっきにより被着された、銅、半光沢ニッケル又はこれらの組合せから成る、第1の層(8)と、
−電気めっきにより被着された、ニッケルから成る、電気伝導性ではない封入物(11)を有する、第1の層(8)上の微孔性の第2の層(10)と、
−第2の層(10)上の、PVD法で被着された、クロムから成る層(12)と、
から成っている、請求項6から8までのいずれか1項記載の層システム。
