Description
(1)エンジン回転速度と負荷がともに高い高速・高負荷運転領域αでは、点火時期進角および目標当量比リーン化の補正をともに実施する。
(2)エンジン回転速度が高く負荷が低い高速・低負荷運転領域βでは、目標当量比リーン化の補正のみを実施する。
(3)エンジン回転速度が低く負荷が高い低速・高負荷運転領域γでは、点火時期進角の補正のみを実施する。
(4)エンジン回転速度と負荷がともに低い低速・低負荷運転領域δでは、点火時期進角および目標当量比リーン化の補正をともに実施しない。
というように設定している。

Claims (8)
- アルコールが混合された混合燃料を使用可能なエンジンの点火時期を制御する点火時期制御手段と、
前記エンジンの排気空燃比を検出する排気空燃比検出手段と、
前記混合燃料中のアルコール濃度を検出する濃度検出手段と、
前記エンジンの運転状態を検出する運転状態検出手段と、
前記運転状態検出手段の検出結果に基づいて、前記点火時期制御手段により制御される点火時期を設定する点火時期設定手段と、
前記運転状態検出手段の検出結果に基づいて、燃料噴射弁から噴射される噴射量を制御するための目標当量比を設定する目標当量比設定手段と、
前記運転状態検出手段が所定の高速且つ高負荷運転状態を検出したときに、前記濃度検出手段で検出されるアルコール濃度が高いほど、前記目標当量比設定手段により設定される目標当量比をリーン方向に補正すると共に、前記点火時期設定手段により設定される点火時期を進角側に補正する補正手段と、
を具備することを特徴とするエンジンの制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のエンジンの制御装置において、
前記補正手段は、前記運転状態検出手段が所定の高速且つ低負荷運転状態を検出したときには、前記濃度検出手段で検出されるアルコール濃度が高いほど、前記目標当量比をリーン方向に補正することを特徴とするエンジンの制御装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のエンジンの制御装置において、
前記補正手段は、前記運転状態検出手段が所定の低速且つ高負荷運転状態を検出したときには、前記濃度検出手段で検出されるアルコール濃度が高いほど、前記点火時期を進角側に補正することを特徴とするエンジンの制御装置。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のエンジンの制御装置において、
前記目標当量比を得るために必要な要求噴射量が前記燃料噴射弁の限界噴射量よりも大きい場合に、前記エンジンの吸気系に設けられたスロットルバルブの開度を所定の制限値に制限する制限手段をさらに具備することを特徴とするエンジンの制御装置。 - 請求項4に記載のエンジンの制御装置において、
前記エンジンの吸気量を検出する吸気量検出手段と、
前記運転状態検出手段で検出される運転状態に基づいて前記限界噴射量を算出する限界噴射量算出手段と、
前記吸気量検出手段で検出される吸気量及び前記濃度検出手段で検出されるアルコール濃度及び前記目標当量比に基づいて前記要求噴射量を算出する要求噴射量算出手段と、
をさらに具備することを特徴とするエンジンの制御装置。 - 請求項5に記載のエンジンの制御装置において、
前記限界噴射量算出手段の算出結果と前記濃度検出手段で検出されるアルコール濃度及び前記目標当量比とに基づいて前記制限値を算出する制限値算出手段をさらに具備することを特徴するエンジンの制御装置。 - 請求項4〜6の何れか一項に記載のエンジンの制御装置において、
アクセルペダルの開度を検出するアクセルペダル開度検出手段と、
前記アクセルペダルの開度に応じて前記スロットルバルブを制御するスロットルバルブ制御手段と、
をさらに具備し、
前記スロットルバルブ制御手段は、前記濃度検出手段で検出されるアルコール濃度が高いほど、前記スロットルバルブの開度の増大量を制限することを特徴とするエンジンの制御装置。 - 請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のエンジンの制御装置において、
前記濃度検出手段が、前記排気空燃比検出手段の検出結果に基づいて混合燃料中のアルコール濃度を検出することを特徴とするエンジンの制御装置。
