【0084】
T=J×(Δω/Δt)・・・・・(1)
【0092】
C=SSa×(F−SSd×回転速度)−(ΔF/Δt)・・・・(2)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electronic circuit device for fishing gear used for fishing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art As an electronic circuit device for a dual-bearing reel as a fishing article, a technique for electronically controlling and braking the rotation of a spool that is rotatably mounted on a reel body in the line-feeding direction is known (for example, Patent Document 1). reference). A conventional electronic circuit device includes a circuit board provided inside a reel body, and a plurality of electrical components arranged on the circuit board including a microcomputer and a sensor for detecting the rotational speed of the spool. A plurality of magnets arranged side by side in the rotational direction are mounted on the spool shaft, and a coil disposed on the outer periphery of the magnet is connected to the circuit board. This coil is also arranged inside the reel body. By arranging the electronic circuit device and the coil inside the reel body in this way, the electronic circuit device is hardly wetted and insulation failure is less likely to occur.
[0003]
In the conventional electronic circuit device having such a configuration, when the spool rotates, the speed of the spool is detected by the input from the sensor, and the current generated from the coil by the action of the magnet and the coil according to the detected speed is reduced. The spool is braked under the control of a control program stored in a memory in the computer.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional configuration, since the electronic circuit device is provided inside the reel body, insulation failure is less likely to occur. However, if the electronic circuit device is provided inside the reel main body, the reel main body becomes large, and it becomes difficult to employ electronic control particularly in the case of a small double-bearing reel. Therefore, it is conceivable to arrange the electronic circuit device on the outer wall instead of the inside of the reel body. For example, it is conceivable to arrange the electronic circuit device between the reel body and the spool or on an outer wall such as the upper surface of the reel body. When the electronic circuit device is arranged on the outer wall of the reel main body in this way, the electronic circuit device can be arranged in a relatively large space, so that it is easy to prevent the reel main body from being enlarged. However, when the electronic circuit device is disposed on the outer wall of the reel body, the insulation performance is deteriorated and there is a risk that insulation failure may occur due to water wetting. Therefore, if the circuit board including the electrical components is covered with an insulating film, the insulating performance can be improved even if the electronic circuit device is provided on the outer wall of the reel body.
[0006]
However, when the entire circuit board including the electrical components and the printed circuit is covered with an insulating film, the surface of the insulating film is uneven and it is difficult to form the insulating film with high dimensional accuracy. When the dimensional accuracy of the insulating coating is poor, it becomes difficult to mount the electronic circuit device with high accuracy on the reel body, particularly on a compact reel body with limited arrangement. Further, when the electronic circuit device is exposed to the outside, the aesthetic appearance of the electronic circuit device is impaired due to the unevenness of the surface.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to prevent an increase in fishing gear while maintaining dimensional accuracy and insulation performance.
[0008]
Another object of the present invention is to prevent an increase in the size of fishing gear while maintaining aesthetics and insulation performance.
[0009]

Is controlled to brake the spool. In this case, the braking force acting on the spool can be electronically controlled.
[0016]

The circuit board is a washer-shaped board disposed concentrically with the rotating shaft of the spool and opposed to one of the flange parts.
[0017]
An electronic circuit device for a fishing article according to an eighth aspect of the present invention is the device according to the sixth or seventh aspect, wherein the electrical component further includes a storage element that stores electric power generated by the coil and operates the other electrical component. [0084]
T = J × (Δω / Δt) (1)
If the drive torque T is obtained from the equation (1), the tension can be obtained from the radius (usually 15 to 20 mm) of the operating point of the fishing line. The present inventors have found that if a large braking force is applied when the tension becomes equal to or less than a predetermined value, the posture of the device (luer) is reversed before the peak of the rotational speed and the flight is stable. The following control is performed to fly the device in a stable posture by braking before the peak of the rotational speed. That is, a strong braking force is applied for a short time at the beginning of casting to reverse the mechanism, and thereafter the brake is gradually braked with a braking force that gradually weakens and becomes constant on the way. Finally, the
[0085]
In step S8, whether or not the tension F calculated from the rate of change in rotational speed (Δω / Δt) and the moment of inertia J is equal to or less than a predetermined value Fs (for example, any value in the range of 0.5 to 1.5N). Judge. If it exceeds the predetermined value Fs, the process proceeds to step S9, the duty ratio D is set to 10, that is, the
[0086]
When the tension F becomes equal to or less than the predetermined value Fs, the process proceeds to step S10. In step S10, the timer T1 is started. The timer T1 is a timer that determines the processing time of the first braking process for braking with a strong braking force. In step S11, it is determined whether or not the timer T1 has expired. When the time is not up, the process proceeds to step S13, and the first braking process at the time of long throwing is performed until the timer T1 is up. In this first braking process, the
[0087]
The first duty ratio Dn1 is shifted up and down by the braking mode BMn. In this embodiment, when the braking mode is maximum (n = 1), the duty ratio D11 is the largest and then gradually decreases. In this way, when a strong braking force is applied for a short time according to the mechanism, the posture of the mechanism is reversed from the fishing line locking part, and the fishing line locking part is in front, and the mechanism flies. As a result, the posture of the device is stabilized and the device can fly further.
[0088]
On the other hand, when the timer T1 expires, the process proceeds from step S11 to step S12. In step S12, it is determined whether or not the timer T2 has already been started. If the timer T2 has started, the process proceeds to step S17. If the timer T2 has not been started, the process proceeds to step S14 to start the timer T2. The timer T2 is a timer that determines the processing time of the second braking process.
[0089]
In step S17, it is determined whether or not the timer T2 has expired. If the time is not up, the process proceeds to step S18, and the second braking process is performed until the timer T2 is up. In this second braking process, as indicated by the right-downward hatching in FIG. 11, the spool is decreased for the second predetermined time T2 at a duty ratio Dn2 that first decreases rapidly, then gradually decreases and finally becomes a constant value. 12 is braked. The minimum value of the duty ratio Dn2 is preferably in the range of 30 to 70%, for example. The second predetermined time T2 is preferably between 0.3 and 2 seconds. Similarly to the first duty ratio Dn1, the second predetermined time T2 also changes according to the spool rotation speed V at the beginning of casting. For example, it is a value obtained by multiplying the function f2 (V) of the spool rotational speed V at the beginning of casting by a predetermined time TS.
[0090]
Further, in the second and third braking processes, a braking correction process as shown in FIG. 10 for the purpose of cutting excess braking force is also performed. In step S31 of FIG. 10, the correction tension Fa is set. The correction tension Fa is a function of time as indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 12, and is set to gradually decrease with time. In addition, in FIG. 12, the graph of the correction process in a 3rd braking process is shown.
[0091]
In step S32, the speed V is read. In step S33, the tension F is calculated in the same procedure as in step S7. In step S34, a judgment formula shown in the following formula (2) is calculated from the obtained tension. In step S35, the necessity of correction is determined from the determination formula.
[0092]
C = SSa × (F−SSd × rotational speed) − (ΔF / Δt) (2)
Here, SSa and SSd are coefficients with respect to the rotational speed (rpm), for example, 50. SSd is 0.000005.
[0093]
If the result of the expression (2) is positive, that is, if it is determined that the detected tension F greatly exceeds the set tension Fa, the determination in step S35 is Yes, and the process proceeds to step S36. In step S36, the duty ratio (Dn2-Da) obtained by subtracting a predetermined amount Da from the preset second duty ratio Dn2 is corrected until the next sampling period (usually every rotation).
[0094]
In step S21, it is determined whether or not the speed V has become equal to or lower than the braking end speed Ve. When the speed V exceeds the braking end speed Ve, the process proceeds to step S22. In step S22, a third braking process is performed.
[0095]
In the third braking process, control is performed with a duty ratio Dn3 that changes with time similar to the second braking process in which the descending rate gradually decreases as shown by vertical stripe hatching in FIG. Then, the process returns to step S11, and the process is continued until the speed V becomes equal to or lower than the braking end speed Ve in step S21. Also, the braking correction process is executed in the third control process.
[0096]
When the speed V becomes equal to or lower than the braking end speed Ve, the process returns to step S2.
[0097]
Here, if braking is performed with a strong braking force before the peak of the rotational speed, the tension that is equal to or less than the first predetermined value Fs increases rapidly, preventing backlash and flying with a stable mechanism. For this reason, it is possible to cast the device farther by preventing the backlash and stabilizing the device posture.
[0098]
In addition, since the three braking processes are controlled with different duty ratios and braking times in accordance with the spool rotation speed at the beginning of casting, the spool is braked with different duty ratios and braking times depending on the spool rotation speed even with the same setting. Is done. For this reason, even if casting with different rotation speeds of the spool is performed, the adjustment operation of the braking force becomes unnecessary, and the burden on the angler for the adjustment operation of the braking force can be reduced.

[The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since the circuit board and the electrical components disposed on the circuit board are covered with the molded insulating film formed by the hot melt molding method performed at a low temperature and low pressure, the insulation performance is obtained without damaging the electrical components. Can be kept high. In addition, it is not necessary to insulate the electronic circuit device by placing it inside the case or the reel body, and the size of the fishing gear can be prevented from being increased. Furthermore, the hot melt molding method using a mold can maintain the dimensional accuracy of the molded insulating coating, and the unevenness can be reduced and the aesthetic appearance can be maintained high.
