【0070】
T=J×(Δω/Δt)・・・・・(1)
【0078】
C=SSa×(F−SSd×回転速度)−(ΔF/Δt)・・・・(2)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electronic circuit device, and more particularly, to an electronic circuit device for a fishing reel disposed on a reel body of a fishing reel having a reel body and a spool rotatably mounted on the reel body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a fishing reel electronic circuit device, a technique is known in which braking is performed by electronically controlling the rotation of a spool that is rotatably mounted on a reel body in the line-feeding direction (see, for example, Patent Document 1). A conventional electronic circuit device includes a circuit board provided inside a reel body, and a plurality of electrical components arranged on the circuit board including a microcomputer and a sensor for detecting the rotational speed of the spool. A plurality of magnets arranged side by side in the rotational direction are mounted on the spool shaft, and a coil disposed on the outer periphery of the magnet is connected to the circuit board. This coil is also arranged inside the reel body. By arranging the electronic circuit device and the coil inside the reel body in this way, the electronic circuit device is hardly wetted and insulation failure is less likely to occur.
[0003]
When the spool rotates, the conventional electronic circuit device having such a configuration detects the speed of the spool by an input from a sensor, and microscopically generates a current generated from the coil by the action of the magnet and the coil according to the detected speed. The spool is braked under the control of a control program stored in a memory in the computer.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional configuration, since the electronic circuit device is provided inside the reel body, insulation failure is less likely to occur. However, if the electronic circuit device is provided inside the reel main body, the reel main body becomes large, and it becomes difficult to employ electronic control particularly in the case of a small double-bearing reel. Therefore, it is conceivable to arrange the electronic circuit device on the outer wall instead of the inside of the reel body. For example, it is conceivable to arrange an electronic circuit device between the reel body and the spool. When the electronic circuit device is arranged in this way, the electronic circuit device can be arranged in a relatively large space, so that it is easy to prevent the reel body from being enlarged. However, when the electronic circuit device is disposed on the outer wall of the reel body, the insulation performance is deteriorated and there is a risk that insulation failure may occur due to water wetting. Therefore, insulating performance can be improved by covering the circuit board including the electrical components with an insulating film.
[0006]
However, if the entire circuit board including electrical components and printed circuits is covered with an insulating film, the efficiency of light transmission to the light receiving unit is reduced and the optical sensor is normal when an optical sensor having at least the light receiving unit is used as the sensor. May not work properly.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to prevent an increase in the size of a reel main body while maintaining insulation performance, and to prevent malfunction of an optical sensor.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
An electronic circuit device for a fishing reel according to a first aspect of the present invention is a device disposed on a reel body of a fishing reel having a reel body and a spool that is rotatably mounted on the reel body. An electrical component and an insulating coating are provided. The circuit board is a board that can be mounted on the outer wall of the reel body and has a printed circuit at least on its surface. The plurality of electrical components include a microcomputer for controlling the fishing reel by a control program and one or more optical sensors having a light receiving unit for controlling the rotation of the spool, and are electrically connected to the printed circuit. Components placed on a circuit board. An insulating film is a film which covers a circuit board with an electrical component except the light-receiving part of the light-receiving part of an optical sensor at least. The spool has a tubular bobbin trunk around which the fishing line is wound, and a pair of flange portions formed at a diameter larger than the bobbin trunk at both ends of the bobbin trunk. The circuit board is the same as the rotation shaft of the spool. A washer-shaped substrate disposed on the core and facing one of the flange portions.
[0009]
In this electronic circuit device, the circuit board is mounted on the outer wall of the reel body. A plurality of electrical components including a microcomputer and one or a plurality of optical sensors are arranged on the circuit board, and the circuit substrate is covered with an insulating film together with a plurality of electrical components excluding the optical sensor, and at least a light receiving portion of the optical sensor The light receiving part of is not covered. Here, since the circuit board and the electrical components arranged on the circuit board except for the light receiving portion of the photosensor are covered with the insulating film, the insulation performance can be maintained high. Further, since the circuit board can be mounted on the outer wall of the reel body, the reel body can be prevented from being enlarged. Furthermore, since the light receiving portion of the optical sensor is not covered with the insulating film, attenuation of the amount of light received by the light receiving portion can be suppressed, and the optical sensor is less likely to malfunction.
[0010]
In addition, a washer-shaped circuit board having a circular outer shape faces the flange portion of the spool and is arranged concentrically with the rotation shaft of the spool, so that the circuit board is placed between the outer wall of the reel body and the flange portion of the spool. It can be arranged in a compact manner and can further prevent the reel body from becoming large.
[0011]
An electronic circuit device for a fishing reel according to a second aspect of the invention is the device according to the first aspect, wherein the optical sensor is a light emitting / receiving photoelectric sensor further having a light projecting portion, and the insulating film is a light projecting portion of the light projecting portion. The circuit board is covered except for the light portion. In this case, the light emitting / receiving portion of the light emitting / receiving portion of the photoelectric sensor is not covered with an insulating film, so the amount of light emitted from the light projecting portion is attenuated. And the optical sensor becomes more difficult to malfunction.
[0012]
An electronic circuit device for a fishing reel according to a third aspect is the device according to the second aspect, wherein the insulating coating is a colored synthetic resin coating that is difficult to transmit light. In this case, since it becomes difficult for light to pass through the insulating coating, it becomes difficult for light to directly enter the light receiving unit from the light projecting unit, and malfunctions can be further reduced.
[0013]
The fishing reel electronic circuit device according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the device according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein the fishing reel rotates in conjunction with a spool and a spool mounted in a non-rotatable manner on the rotation shaft of the spool. A double-bearing reel having a magnet having a plurality of magnetic poles in a rotating direction, the electrical component further comprising a plurality of coils arranged around the magnet, and the microcomputer outputs an output from the optical sensor according to a control program. Accordingly, the spool is braked by switching control of electric power generated in the coil by relative rotation of the coil and the magnet. In this case, the braking force acting on the spool can be electronically controlled according to the output of the optical sensor.
[0014]
invention5An electronic circuit device for a fishing reel according to the present inventionAny one of 1 to 4The rotation reading pattern is formed on the surface of the flange portion facing the circuit board, and at least one of the optical sensors is disposed at a position facing the rotation reading pattern of the circuit board. In this case, the rotation speed of the spool can be detected by detecting the reflected light from the rotation reading pattern by the optical sensor.
[0015]
invention6An electronic circuit device for a fishing reel according to the present inventionAny one of 1 to 5In the apparatus described in the above, a disk-shaped operation knob exposed to the outside is rotatably mounted at a position facing the circuit board of the reel body, and a surface of the operation knob facing the circuit board is A knob rotation position reading pattern is formed, and at least one of the optical sensors is arranged to face the knob rotation position reading pattern of the circuit board. In this case, the rotation position of the operation knob can be detected by the optical sensor. In addition, one of a plurality of control patterns can be selected by the operation knob.

Here, the tension F can be obtained from the change rate (Δω / Δt) of the rotational speed of the
[0070]
T = J × (Δω / Δt) (1)
If the drive torque T is obtained from the equation (1), the tension can be obtained from the radius (usually 15 to 20 mm) of the operating point of the fishing line. The present inventors have found that if a large braking force is applied when the tension becomes equal to or less than a predetermined value, the posture of the device (luer) is reversed before the peak of the rotational speed and the flight is stable. The following control is performed to fly the device in a stable posture by braking before the peak of the rotational speed. That is, a strong braking force is applied for a short time at the beginning of casting to reverse the mechanism, and thereafter the brake is gradually braked with a braking force that gradually weakens and becomes constant on the way. Finally, the
[0071]
In step S8, whether or not the tension F calculated from the rate of change in rotational speed (Δω / Δt) and the moment of inertia J is equal to or less than a predetermined value Fs (for example, any value in the range of 0.5 to 1.5N). Judge. If it exceeds the predetermined value Fs, the process proceeds to step S9, the duty ratio D is set to 10, that is, the
[0072]
When the tension F becomes equal to or less than the predetermined value Fs, the process proceeds to step S10. In step S10, the timer T1 is started. The timer T1 is a timer that determines the processing time of the first braking process for braking with a strong braking force. In step S11, it is determined whether or not the timer T1 has expired. When the time is not up, the process proceeds to step S13, and the first braking process at the time of long throwing is performed until the timer T1 is up. In this first braking process, the
[0073]
The first duty ratio Dn1 is shifted up and down by the braking mode BMn. In this embodiment, when the braking mode is maximum (n = 1), the duty ratio D11 is the largest and then gradually decreases. In this way, when a strong braking force is applied for a short time according to the mechanism, the posture of the mechanism is reversed from the fishing line locking part, and the fishing line locking part is in front, and the mechanism flies. As a result, the posture of the device is stabilized and the device can fly further.
[0074]
On the other hand, when the timer T1 expires, the process proceeds from step S11 to step S12. In step S12, it is determined whether or not the timer T2 has already been started. If the timer T2 has started, the process proceeds to step S17. If the timer T2 has not been started, the process proceeds to step S14 to start the timer T2. The timer T2 is a timer that determines the processing time of the second braking process.
[0075]
In step S17, it is determined whether or not the timer T2 has expired. If the time is not up, the process proceeds to step S18, and the second braking process is performed until the timer T2 is up. In the second braking process, as shown by the downward-sloping hatching in FIG. 10, the spool is decreased for the second predetermined time period T2 at a duty ratio Dn2 that first decreases rapidly, then gradually decreases, and finally becomes a constant value. 12 is braked. The minimum value of the duty ratio Dn2 is preferably in the range of 30 to 70%, for example. The second predetermined time T2 is preferably between 0.3 and 2 seconds. Similarly to the first duty ratio Dn1, the second predetermined time T2 also changes according to the spool rotation speed V at the beginning of casting. For example, it is a value obtained by multiplying the function f2 (V) of the spool rotational speed V at the beginning of casting by a predetermined time TS.
[0076]
Further, in the second and third braking processes, a braking correction process as shown in FIG. 10 for the purpose of cutting excess braking force is also performed. In step S31 of FIG. 10, the correction tension Fa is set. The correction tension Fa is a function of time as indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 12, and is set to gradually decrease with time. In addition, in FIG. 12, the graph of the correction process in a 3rd braking process is shown.
[0077]
In step S32, the speed V is read. In step S33, the tension F is calculated in the same procedure as in step S7. In step S34, a judgment formula shown in the following formula (2) is calculated from the obtained tension. In step S35, the necessity of correction is determined from the determination formula.
[0078]
C = SSa × (F−SSd × rotational speed) − (ΔF / Δt) (2)
Here, SSa and SSd are coefficients with respect to the rotational speed (rpm), for example, SSa is 50. SSd is 0.000005.
[0079]
If the result of the expression (2) is positive, that is, if it is determined that the detected tension F greatly exceeds the set tension Fa, the determination in step S35 is Yes, and the process proceeds to step S36. In step S36, the duty ratio (Dn2-Da) obtained by subtracting a predetermined amount Da from the preset second duty ratio Dn2 is corrected until the next sampling period (usually every rotation).
[0080]
In step S21, it is determined whether or not the speed V has become equal to or lower than the braking end speed Ve. When the speed V exceeds the braking end speed Ve, the process proceeds to step S22. In step S22, a third braking process is performed.
[0081]
In the third braking process, control is performed with a duty ratio Dn3 that changes with time similar to the second braking process in which the descending rate gradually decreases as shown by vertical stripe hatching in FIG. Then, the process returns to step S11, and the process is continued until the speed V becomes equal to or lower than the braking end speed Ve in step S21. Also, the braking correction process is executed in the third control process.
[0082]
When the speed V becomes equal to or lower than the braking end speed Ve, the process returns to step S2.
[0083]
Here, if braking is performed with a strong braking force before the peak of the rotational speed, the tension that is equal to or less than the first predetermined value Fs increases rapidly, preventing backlash and flying with a stable mechanism. For this reason, it is possible to cast the device farther by preventing the backlash and stabilizing the device posture.
[0084]
In addition, since the three braking processes are controlled with different duty ratios and braking times in accordance with the spool rotation speed at the beginning of casting, the spool is braked with different duty ratios and braking times depending on the spool rotation speed even with the same setting. Is done. For this reason, even if casting with different rotation speeds of the spool is performed, the adjustment operation of the braking force becomes unnecessary, and the burden on the angler for the adjustment operation of the braking force can be reduced.
[0085]
[Other Embodiments]
(A) In the above embodiment, the insulating film is formed by the dipping process. However, the method of forming the insulating film is not limited to the dipping process. For example, the circuit board on which the electrical component is mounted is set and the light projecting / receiving portion is masked. The insulating film may be formed by a hot melt process in which a resin base material is injected into a mold to be formed, a hot melt adhesive coating process, or the like.
[0086]
(B) In the above embodiment, the present invention is applied to the electronic circuit device of the spool control unit that controls the spool braking mechanism of the dual-bearing reel, but the electronic circuit of other fishing reels such as a water depth display device of the fishing reel. The present invention can also be applied to an apparatus.
[0087]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since the circuit board including the printed circuit and the electrical components arranged on the circuit board are covered with the insulating film except for the light projecting / receiving portion of the optical sensor, the insulation performance can be maintained high.
