Description
前記汚染土壌上面に洗浄用水を適宜散水すると共に、前記振動発生手段による振動作用を該汚染土壌に与えて、前記洗浄用水を充分に汚染土壌中に浸透させ、然る後、前記各電極に直流電流を通電して、各電極のそれぞれに対向した管列に直流電圧を負荷し、両電極間の汚染土壌中に電気浸透現象を生ぜしめると共に、前記振動発生手段による振動作用により、前記洗浄用水を陽極方向から陰極方向へ流速を速めて流す一方、該洗浄用水と汚染土壌との接触面積を大として、土粒子間の汚染された間隙水、あるいは汚染物質を溶解した溶解水を連行して、汚染土壌を洗浄し、汚染物質を液相の状態で前記通水孔を介して、陰極管中の下方部内に集水・貯留し、これを汲み上げて水質検査を行い、規定の水質基準値に達するまで洗浄を行う第2工程とより汚染土壌を処理する方法を提供することにより、上記課題を解決した。

Claims (1)
- 汚染土壌の境界線の内側、および該汚染土壌の境界線に沿って、陽極と陰極の電極を兼ねた多数の通水孔を穿設した金属製の複数本の有底の中空管を、汚染土壌の深さより深く、且つ陽極用と陰極用に対向して管列を形成すると共に、前記陽極と陰極の極性の転換ができるように設置し、更に、前記汚染土壌の適位置に1個、または複数個の振動発生手段を設置する第1工程と、
前記汚染土壌上面に洗浄用水を適宜散水すると共に、前記振動発生手段による振動作用を該汚染土壌に与えて、前記洗浄用水を充分に汚染土壌中に浸透させ、然る後、前記各電極に直流電流を通電して、各電極のそれぞれに対向した管列に直流電圧を負荷し、両電極間の汚染土壌中に電気浸透現象を生ぜしめると共に、前記振動発生手段による振動作用により、前記洗浄用水を陽極方向から陰極方向へ流速を速めて流す一方、該洗浄用水と汚染土壌との接触面積を大として、土粒子間の汚染された間隙水、あるいは汚染物質を溶解した溶解水を連行して、汚染土壌を洗浄し、汚染物質を液相の状態で前記通水孔を介して、陰極管中の下方部内に集水・貯留し、これを汲み上げて水質検査を行い、規定の水質基準値に達するまで洗浄を行う第2工程とより成ることを特徴とする汚染土壌の処理方法。
