Claims (11)
- 酸化触媒の触媒形成手段(2)と協働し、自動車のディーゼルエンジン(4)の排気ライン(3)内に組み込まれた汚染除去手段(1)の再生を補助するためのシステムであって、
前記エンジンは、少なくとも1つの後噴射を含む、エンジンのシリンダ内に燃料を噴射するためのコモンレール供給手段(7)と協働し、排気ライン内で異なる温度レベルを得るために、異なるエンジン作動制御パラメータに応じて、第1のレベル及び第2のレベルにおいて、一定のトルクで、少なくとも2つの再生手順(10、11)を履行するようにされ、第2のレベルの再生手順(10)に対応する温度レベルが第1のレベルの再生手順(11)に対応する温度レベルよりも高くされ、
前記システムは、前記触媒形成手段(2)の外熱温度レベルを取得するための取得手段(9)と、この外熱温度レベルを前記触媒形成手段(2)のための安全しきい値(safe−th)と比較する比較手段(8)とを有し、それによって、第2のレベルの再生手順(10)を適用している間に安全しきい値を越えた場合に、前記供給手段(7)が、前記触媒形成手段(2)の外熱温度レベルを減少させるような態様で及び、このレベルが第1の所定の期間の終期にしきい値以下に低下しない場合は、第1のレベルの再生手順(11)に切り換えるために供給手段(7)を制御するような態様で及び、前記触媒形成手段の外熱温度レベルが第2の期間の終期に安全しきい値以下に低下しないままである場合は、再生手順を停止させるような態様で、エンジン作動制御パラメータの少なくとも1つを漸進的に規制するように制御され;
前記供給手段(7)が2つの連続する後噴射を履行するようにされ;
前記供給手段(7)が、0乃至1の範囲内に存在し、かつ外熱温度レベルと安全しきい値(safe−th)との間の差に基づいて決定される修正因子を使用して、第2の後噴射の流量を漸進的に減少させるようにされることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記修正因子が非線形ゲインを有するPI形式の調整器(13)により決定されることを特徴とする請求項1のシステム。
- 前記外熱温度レベルを取得するための取得手段(9)が2つの温度センサ(9a、9b)を含み、一方の温度センサが前記触媒形成手段の上流側に位置し、他方の温度センサが前記触媒形成手段の下流側に位置することを特徴とする請求項1乃至2のいずれかのシステム。
- 前記エンジン(4)がターボチャージャ(5、6)と協働するディーゼルエンジンであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかのシステム。
- 前記安全しきい(safe−th)の値が較正可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかのシステム。
- 前記汚染除去手段(1)が粒子フィルタを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかのシステム。
- 前記汚染除去手段(1)がNOxトラップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかのシステム。
- 前記汚染除去手段(1)がSOxトラップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかのシステム。
- 前記汚染除去手段(1)が酸化触媒を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかのシステム。
- 前記燃料が、その再生を容易にするために、混合された粒子と一緒に、前記汚染除去手段(1)上に付着するようになった添加剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれかのシステム。
- 前記燃料がNOxトラップを形成する添加剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれかのシステム。
