Claims (6)
- 基板上に第1配向物質を塗布して第1配向膜を形成する段階と;
前記第1配向膜が形成された基板上にフォトレジストパターンを形成する段階と;
前記第1配向膜及びフォトレジストパターンが形成された基板上に第2配向物質を塗布して第2配向膜を形成する段階と;
前記フォトレジストパターンを除去して前記フォトレジストパターン上に形成された第2配向膜をリフトオフする段階と;
前記基板上に形成された第1及び第2配向膜を所定の方向にラビングする段階を含んで構成されることを特徴とする液晶表示装置用アレイ基板の製造方法。
- 前記フォトレジストパターンが形成された後、露出した第1配向膜を除去する段階がさらに含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置用アレイ基板製造方法。
- 前記第1配向物質と第2配向物質は相異なる配向特性を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置用アレイ基板の製造方法。
- 前記第1及び第2配向膜は前記第1及び第2配向物質の塗布により相異なる配向方向を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置用アレイ基板製造方法。
- 前記第1配向膜の配向方向は前記ラビング方向に対して水平に配列されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置用アレイ基板製造方法。
- 前記第2配向膜の配向方向は前記ラビング方向に対して垂直に配列されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置用アレイ基板製造方法。
