Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fabric softener composition.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
At present, the softening agent composition used for household uses cationic softening bases such as quaternary ammonium salts having a long-chain alkyl group and acid salts of tertiary amines. High flexibility imparting effect. Moreover, in order to suppress the generation | occurrence | production of the wrinkle which arises at the time of washing | cleaning, mix | blending specific silicone with a softening agent composition is tried. For example, JP-A-1-77684 discloses a fabric care composition in which a curable amine functional silicone is blended with a fabric softener. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 2000-110075 and 2000-110076 disclose liquid finish compositions for textiles containing silicone modified with a specific polyoxyalkylene. JP-A-2000-110077 discloses a liquid finish composition for textiles containing one or more modified silicones selected from polyether-modified silicones, amino-modified silicones, amide-modified silicones, and amide / polyether-modified silicones. It is disclosed. However, such a composition has a low effect of suppressing wrinkles generated during washing, or gives a soft feeling to the softly processed garment even if it has a high effect of suppressing wrinkles. There is a problem that brings.
[0003]
An object of the present invention is to provide a fabric softener composition that has a high effect of suppressing wrinkles generated during washing and that does not give an excessively greasy feeling to soft-treated clothing.

One or more cationic soft bases selected from chemicals. In particular, the component (a) is a tertiary amine having at least one hydrocarbon group having 11 to 36 carbon atoms (hereinafter referred to as a heteroatom-containing hydrocarbon group) containing an ester, amide or ether bond, a salt thereof and a salt thereof. One or more cationic soft bases selected from quaternized products are preferred from the viewpoint of biodegradability. It is preferable that there are a plurality of heteroatom-containing hydrocarbon groups in the tertiary amine of the component (a) in the molecule. As the heteroatom-containing hydrocarbon group, an alkyl group or alkenyl group having 11 to 23 carbon atoms (hereinafter “long” A chain alkyl group ”) and an ester bond or an amide bond, particularly an ester bond are preferable.
[0006]
As long-chain alkyl groups, it decomposes saturated fatty acids such as stearic acid and palmitic acid, unsaturated higher fatty acids such as oleic acid and linoleic acid, and natural fats and oils such as beef tallow, lard, palm oil, palm kernel oil, olive oil, Those derived from purified fatty acids are preferred. Among these, a long chain alkyl group derived from oleic acid, stearic acid, beef tallow fatty acid, hardened beef tallow fatty acid, palm oil fatty acid, palm kernel oil fatty acid, or hardened palm kernel oil fatty acid is preferable. [0007]
When the heteroatom-containing hydrocarbon group of the tertiary amine contains an ether group, in addition to alcohol-derived groups obtained by reducing beef tallow, lard, palm oil, and olive oil, synthetic alcohols obtained from them by the Gerube reaction Origin groups can also be used. In the tertiary amine, a methyl group is preferred as a group other than the heteroatom-containing hydrocarbon group bonded to the nitrogen atom of the amine.
[0008]
As the component (a), a salt of the tertiary amine can also be used. The salt is a neutralized product of a tertiary amine and an inorganic acid or an organic acid. Hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, and sulfuric acid are preferable as the inorganic acid, and acetic acid, lactic acid, glycolic acid, citric acid, and maleic acid are preferable as the organic acid. Most preferred are hydrochlorides and sulfates.
[0009]
Moreover, the quaternized product of the said tertiary amine can also be used as (a) component. Examples of the quaternized product include those quaternized using an alkyl halide having 1 to 4 carbon atoms such as methyl chloride or a dialkyl sulfate having 2 to 6 carbon atoms.
[0010]
